I am really excited to hear more about permeating mass. I have 1 in my meme-spirit box ready to be sleeved up! Id also recommend nikko-onna in the side for toolbox purposes. This card wins alone vs. Bogles and Ad Nauseam.
Whenever i hear toolbox, i am fully excited. I love this style of deck ^^
I like the sideboard idea, but if the deck is build to toolbox around i guess we should have at least 2-3 silverbullets (Eidolon/Cleric/GosT...) for some MUs in the main to increase the value of this type of deckbuilding.

I think Soulherder is a UW Taxes/Flicker card and no Spririt Card. It will be awesome with Reflector Mage, Flickerwisp and Blade splicer. Id definetly revisit my UW Flicker Deck after MH Release
Kaya's Guile is huge! I really like this card and i might shift the deck a little bit from what ive played before. Dropping Souls for an instant speed one sided fleshbag marauder with other upsides? Im in for testing this...
Unearth will be modern legal. Another card ill try to play with TTR
I see Kirin in a Tallowisp-Geist of saint traft-Deck, where the lower end of casting Ugin's Conjurant is tutoring an aura for zero. Paired with the new 1 mana Aura that gives a 1 time usable Gift of immortality the deck could work out imo. Testing is the only way to find out....
How did TTR perform for you?
I gave him a shot as a two off as well in the last 5 round modern event.
My deck runs 2 Collective brutalities and 3 Lingering Souls and it was just bonkers to play them instant speed
Got 3-2 overall, winnining against GDS, Amulett Titan, Blue Tron and losing to Martyr Proc with all the new Tech (Sorin, Blast Zone) and a janky Madcap Platinum Angel taking turns build (The guy ran absolutely hot and never didnt having it 5-0 and told me he cant believe it ^^)
I like Blast Zone too and I think it will be tested in a lot of decks. I am definetly looking forward on playing this in my GW-Valuetown/Knightfall list

I just build something after the release of Deputy of Detention
It went 2-3 in its first FNM (Win: Scapeshift 2-0; GU Tooth and Nail 2-0 / Loss: Classic Affinity 0-2; Mono B Devotion 2-1; 4C-Control (A pile of burn, discard and removal with Snapcaster mage, celestial colonnade and precognition field
Lets not forget his misplays and still going 4-1. He could have even beaten bogles, but forgot to flashback Lingering Souls. That was painful to watch!
It kind of forced main phase removal and one time the opponent forgot to fetch/ forgot the tax which disabled his 2 mana Fatal push in my attack step
It also won me a game vs. the UR Titi Deck. He had two counters on his Titi and was casting a Bolt on my Captain, leaving no Mana open. I vialed in the Taker and he couldnt cast his Gutshot which prevented the Titi flip and got me the win. It was a greedy misplay of him, because he wanted to bounce the whole board.
I liked it and I will test it further!
As you guys can see he used 2 Tithe Taker and 2 Deputy of Detention.
I think going hard on Thalia 3x is a bit too much. Two is more than enough. One of them can be replaced by remorseful cleric.
Also I am not sure about 1x Echoing truth main and 20 lands. Id rather keep 4x PTE

Id never register UW without 3 copies of Thalia. Echoing Truth is one of my favourite main Deck choices as well.
I tried a 3 Thalia, 2 Tithe Taker build and got 4-1.
Losing only to Mill because he had Bridge and Crypt Incursion back to back in both games, paired with a nuts field of ruin + double trap in the last one.
I beat Storm, Shadow and two different UR/Jeskai Titi/Phoenix decks.
