I just tested yesterday at FNM. Spell Snare as a 2 of in the Main Overperformed. I actually wanted to have it in hand every single Matchup.
Shenanigans out of the Side was great. Unless they have Force, they can't really answer it with Counterspells (Or Discard if they play a Esper List).
I wasnt able to test Fry so far, I dont really face Control in my local Meta.
Did anybody else test some new cards/ sideboard strats?
what is your opinion on Stoneforge Mystic? Do you want to include her in your list?
I am thinking a lot about how to beat the SMF and Urza decks and think that Shenanigans might be a good idea in the Side, We can draw it again and again lategame with our walkers and it is good against the few Equipment and can also be used against Urza.
As a finisher, I am thinking of adding the new big Chandra. The plus ability is awesome and is hard to answer for UW decks.
The new Fry would also be a consideration.
In terms of Maindeck answers Spell Snare seems to be great again. Wrenn and Six, Goyf, SFM, Assassins Trophy, Thopter Foundry, ...
I was honestly a little bit underwhelmed by the deck in the past weeks and frustrated as I had a horrible loosing row at FNM for 3 weeks. My Deck was a very aggressive built with swiftspears and I just felt that after 4-5 turns I didnt have the opportunity to attack anymore with any of my creatures.
So I decided to add more evasion with 3 Mantis Riders. I dont love them too much however they offer more evasive threats. I have also added 2 Resto Angels for flickering the blocked geist.
Additionaly, I am using the new mission briefing as a 3 off - snapcaster replacement on a budget. It doesnt offer the body, but the effect of having access to my instants and sorceries in my graveyard offers a nice amount of flexibility. And I can finally do bolt - briefing - bolt
I am really happy with the Deck so far.
My Sideboard is still a work in progress - I know it is of course meta specific but do you guys have any comments on my SB? I suuuper like the oldschool God of Izzet. Was super awesome so far against the grindy decks - an additional card or a free lightning bolt really killed them.

I played only twice against the deck and the game was actually decided whether or not I drew electrolyze and helix - or not.
Is there already a discussion on the matchup against bgx or other midrange Decks? I would be very interested in that - so far I dont't feel too confident sideboarding against them.

I am playing a budgetish Version of Jeskai Delver and really love it. I am only playing FNM and "Casual" Modern Events,so I am not too sad not to own Snapcasters and I'm not looking forward to buy them due to budget restrictions, however buying 2 polluted deltas is planned.
I would be super interested to hear your opinion on the deck and if you could advise me any changes as I still feel like I am not too familiar with the deck and my choices.
I am thinking of dropping the revelers and to go for 2 Hazorets instead.
