Cheep one or two mana spells are clearly the way to go. I've tried a UW build but I'm trying to look more "outside the box".
Glittering Wish seems like a fun place to start. It usually removes itself from the game but since you're making Copies anyway you can pretty much take any multicolored card you want every turn for 2 mana. It's possibly the most abusable tutor combo ever.
Other card options include, but are not limited to, most of the Charms (Azorious, Selesnya, Bant, Dawn, Esper, Simic, etc), Angel's Grace, Silence, Blessed Breath, Hallow, Call of the Conclave, Heros Reunion, Search Warrant, Serum Visions, , Mana Leak, Thought Scour, Train of Thought, Twincast, Lightning Bolt, Unsummon.
Any other cheep spells I should be looking at? And what shell does this fit best in? I've been shoehorning it into a Control deck but it might be better in tempo.
You can also copy 3 mana or more spells, and I included a few above but I've been keeping it down to 2 or less as much as possible so you can throw in a set of Isochron Scepter to help out the Arcanist.
