so by that logic does that mean then that another mind leecher has access to the exile pool created by your other ones? by that i mean if i killed the original and he played/cloned etc another one would he still have access to the pool as long as a mind leecher was on the field or would he have to start another one?

so the question i have is about the ruling on the card Mindleecher . the effect states, "Whenever this creature mutates, exile the top card of each opponent's library face down. You may look at and play those cards for as long as they remain exiled." this is the same as cards like, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Intet, the Dreamer that state as long as intet is in play you can cast the exiled cards. but i heard that if it leaves play then returns you can't cast any cards previously exiled with it because the game considers it a different intet. the same if you play another copy of it. thus i thought the same ruling should apply for this mindleecher. but my friend is adamant that even if it leaves play and comes back it should still have access to all the past exile targets. and there isn't a ruling on gatherer yet to say otherwise. any ideas?

I need a ruling on Aminato's blink effect. My friend believes that because it states any permanent that you own, then regardless of where the card currently is whether it is in the graveyard or exile you should be able to Target it and then return it to play. Turning it from a blink to a return to the battlefield from the graveyard effect . I explained to him, that a permanent is a creature, artifact, land, enchantment, or planeswalker that is on the battlefield. But the second it leaves the battlefield is no longer a legal Target as it is a card in your graveyard or exile. As if that were true then that would mean I could blink cards from Exile back into play as well. Thus I need a proper ruling from someone who knows a bit more than me.
