I like how this more or less flows, and I think each step is balanced. I really don't know what much to say, bravo. *applaud*

I couldn't entirely tell what to do with this at first...
Sooo, after some careful deduction, this looks better in a monocolored deck (RIP RAVNICA). I think the low cost fits the somewhat jumbled chapters, but the rarity could definitly drop to rare, maybe even uncommon.

II: Enchanted creature deals damage equal to its power to target creature you don’t control.
III: Put two +1/+1 counters on enchanted creature then gain life equal to its power.
A Saga Aura? NOW YOUR TALKING
I like that little combination, but I find it hard that anyone would let it or the creature stay on the battlefield. If unchecked, it can get pretty good.
