Well Hi everyone.....been a while! Looks like things have gotten kinda strict around here since my last visit! Hope all is well with my CoffeeHouse friends! Was checking mail and got a birthday greeting from MTGS so I thought I would stop in and say HI. My farm is really taking off now finally replaced my tractor and my corn fields a producing some of the sweetest corn you have ever eaten. Unfortunatly all this farm work leaves me with little time for anything else. I have all but quit magic, my son doesnt play much anymore (driving and working now) but we still squeeze in a game from time to time. Fishing is another thing I am really missing. Anyway as I said hope all is well. Talk to yall again soon!
Hey CoffeeHouse! Long time no see! Dont look like alot has changed around here! My life has gotten so hecktic I hardly have time to sit down at the computer let alone do anything other than work when I do! I sure hope everyone is doing well. Other than being busy things have been going well for me and my family. My wife and son just got back from the beach yesterday (my sons first time) and they had a blast! I unfortuantly had to work and for the 7th year in a row did not get to take vacation with my family! I am gonna be taking my son camping in the next couple of weeks before school starts. He actually passed his drivers permit test last months and last week I did some trading around on an AR-15 I had for him his first vehichle! I got him a 83 GMC pick-up. He went nuts! Almost as excited as he was to see the ocean! My garden has kept me very busy this year. My tractor died so I have had to work all the ground by had. Me and a hoe have become very good friends! I sure do have a new respect for old world farmers that had to work the land without power equipment! A 2 acre garden dont seem to big till you have to turn the soil, plant and care for it all by hand!
Looks like there are quite a few new faces in here since I stopped by last. Though I do see some names I recognize so I want to give a particular shout out to Omna15 , iRebel , Alacar Leoricar, VSA , Nai , ep , Cecilia, and especially (my fishing pal) Psi and anyone else who is still around!
To Psi hope fishing has been good to you this summer, I have finally got my crap together and started doing some serious fishing again....one more reason why I havent been around! I actually participated in the FLW tour when it came thru 2 weeks ago! I didnt do worth a crap but atleast I was fishing!
Anyway I am off to a heavy equipment auction. I need to find a tractor and a 18' dove tail trailer to haul it and cars on! Bidding starts at 9! I sure hope everyone is doing well. I will try not to be such a stranger but till the grass slows down growing or the fish quit biting or my garden quits growing I have my hands more than full! Take care CoffeeHouse!

Hello CoffeeHouse! Long time no see. Sorry for that! Life has taken a turn for the weird around here. Between work and my sons new fascination with stuff online I havent had a chance to post in a while. I sure hope everyone is doing well. I have been keeping busy tilling and planting my garden, fishing and working. Looks like the CoffeeHouse has been a little slow as of late, course if everyone has been as busy as me, it makes sense. In Magic.....I ordered a box of Shadowmoor for my son for his birthday and got him GTA4. Other than putting the cards in his binders he hasnt much more than touched them. He is seriously hooked on GTA4! I played it some, its ok, seems to me like it is just like the last one,Which I didnt like much! Oh well he likes it so thats all that matters. Also in my absence I have taken my son to get his driving permit!:o Watch out drivers in TN! Anyway I had a few minutes before I headed out to work and I wanted to say HI to all my CoffeeHouse pals!

Good Morning CoffeeHouse. Another dreary work day here in the south land. Things will hopefully slow down for me a bit this week so I will be able to get back into the swing of responding to all my buddies on here. I sure hope everyone is doing well. I truely hope all the mothers out there had a good mothers day yesterday. I had to work yesterday morning but I got off in time to take my wife and son to dinner. Finally ordered a box of Shadowmoor last week. I split it with my son, and then his birthday is thursday and I am gonna give him a whole box of his own. Not sure what else I am gonna give him he wants several new games GTA 4 is the biggest thing he wants well that and some fully automatic Air-Soft guns! Anyway this is looking to be a busy week as well, but not as bad as last week. I truely have missed interacting with my CoffeeHouse pals. Everyone take care and I will be back soon!
EDIT: On a magical note. My CoffeeHouse buds have been putting a whooping on my brother in the MTGS Standard tourney. Hes lost the first 2 rounds. Hey Psiblast, Here my take. Dont quit! Heres why. Beleive you me I know fishing season is coming and uncertainty about your future at college is unsure but that could be your one constant. I mean not having a store near by or any where to play tourneys can be solved. One of the coolest things I have heard since starting MTG was a story I heard and a tribute at the Morningtide Prerelease in Nashville. One of the guys was in the military and when he went to Iraq he thought he would have to give up playing magic. I dont think so, once he got there he found others who liked magic got a couple more interested and after a short time they were having sactioned tournements in Iraq. Talk about inspirational. Stay strong MTG will prevail!
Thanks for the input normally I can take his 360 for a couple of days and he snaps out of his lazy streak in class and gets to work. But this I mean he didnt exactly start the fight but it could have been avoided. One of those met you after school deals and he wasnt wise enuff to not meet the guy.
