I'm sure if she's a faerie or not, but her mana cost is arbitrary to her size. Why should she need to be a Clique to cost 4 or more? Harbinger, Final Sting, Inspired Sprite, Latchkey, Sower, and Wydwen are all 4-mana single faeries. Although half of the 3-mana-plus faeries *are* in groups, Oona (assuming she's a faerie) doesn't have to be surrounded by faerie minions to be strong.
All I care about is that she doesn't cost more than 4/5, she has flash, has evasion, has a decent body (either high power for surprise beats or high toughness to let her survive removal so she can use her ability) and finally a decent ability (more than Wydwen's removal dodging, more like Nath's ability. ) Put 1/1 faeries into play? Seems too powerful. Tap things down? Bounce? I really don't mind as long as she does something cool. Since she collects dreams, flavorwise, maybe she draws cards!!! Could act as a virtual Bitterblossom insofar as you draw faeries, which works since playing more faeries just means having deeper control of the board.
I just want her to be playable in my constructed deck.

You Know what I think would be scary? Creatures with that kind of mana cost. think about it. Insane with favor of the mighty. probably all sorts of other things that I can't think of off the top of my head that will make them insane becuase the CMC will probably be said to be 3, and 4, and 5, and 6. the only drawback? void.
