This deck looks pretty fun. Gotta love some plow unders. If your game plan is to get a Kiora out ASAP I think your deck could benefit greatly from fitting Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl into the list. Getting a Utopia Sprawl + Arbor elf in the first 2 turns gives you a turn 3 Kiora, and if it is a Master of Depths, you can plus her to get 4 more mana by untapping the Forest with Utopia Sprawl, and the Arbor Elf. I'm not sure if adding these would work out great with your Shardless Agent, as neither one is an exciting cascade, but it if you are trying to play Kiora as soon as possible, I don't see a much better first 2 turns, as this will give you a Kiora with spare mana to spend protecting her.
Also if you go that route, a big finisher/ blocker would be good to give you another way to win the game, or protect Kiora until you can user her ultimate. Something like Hydroid Krasis, Mistcutter Hydra, or Hornet Queen would be amazing on turn 4 as you potentially have 11 mana to spend (If you lead off with an Arbor Elf + Utopia Sprawl + Kiora).
BaneSlayer Angel is a solid card, but if you are trying to keep and indictable theme in your deck you might consider switching it withArchangel Avacyn.
