Well, I brought this up due to having a darker mind. My thinking is more darker and hard to understand, but the part someone mentioned saying "bloodlust" does not have much to do with it, even though I do have a bit of a violent mindset. The reason I say "Darker" storyline is to include more battles and to be more intense. I am just wanting it to be more battle driven and more for an altered reality. When I say "altered reality", I am saying of a reality that is distorted and not like any of the other ones in MTG. I am one to say that there needs to be a enormous bend in the storyline of MTG. The bend means to "alter" the storyline of different tones, climax, and whatever else. I was just saying of putting in a heavier change...

I get that. I meant it to be darker, mainly more intense and more gruesome in battle. They need to bring out a more powerful enemy, and then it comes to a good start of a more upper bend out of ***** like Ravinica or Kaladesh...

I have to admit, I am a person who goes more for a dark storyline. I would even say that a dark storyline is better than a SIMPLE storyline. "Simple" storylines are too pathetic to want to read and follow, but if MTG became a "Darker" storyline, then it would be more interesting and better than what is still being put forth now. The Zendikar set, Innistrad set, and the Shadows Over Innistrad, Eldritch Moon and Hour of Devastation were some of the better storylines, but after all of them, came sets with storylines that were worse and getting worse. Like I said, they need to get darker, and far more than "Simple". I have idea's on it, yet it depends on if Wizards of the Coast would accept them...

A battle is being talked about, but over PLANESWALKERS? Why not get a more powerful enemy that deals more damage, say like an Eldrazi Titan? I really just want it to be more of a Darker Ending. One way for a darker ending is to make a battle that is far worse, say to have several sets based off of an threat that is far more than the strongest Planeswalker. I feel Emrakul would be one candidate, but maybe something WORSE. Ravinica Alliance and Allegiance was a bad ending to the storyline. I just feel it needs to be a FAR darker ending, not simple.

I understand that. I just notice how Emrakul has intelligence: knowing how to get into someone mind and gain control. Emrakul most likely did not know enough on Nahiri, yet Emrakul was wanting Ulamog and Kozilek to help out. The only thing Emrakul probably noticed on Nahiri was her voice or what mana Nahiri uses or something, but still had not even good enough imformation on Nahiri. I have a feeling that Emrakul gave up due to not having backup. Emrakul siad she was not ready yet, most likely true. Yet Emrakul was alone most of the way with almost NO backup if a threat was there. Emrakul is waiting for a good time to come back and get mana for herself. Yet, do not say that Emrakul does not have enough intelligence, for she understands things more than the other two. Also she looks like a giant brain anyway, but that is off topic. Emrakul is smart, but in a different way. Though jf they brought Emrakul back, that would be a better end, mainly due to a dark, battle filled ending of the storyline of ALL of MTG. The Ravinica part I am not very favorable of. Even Rise of the Eldrazi was a lot better. I am a dark storyliner, though.

  • posted a message on Emrakul RETURNS?!
In Shadows Over Innistrad Block, Emrakul got locked up in Innistrad s Silver Moon. Emrakul had herself locked in there due to one person who took away options: Nahiri. Emrakul was relying on Nahiri to help fight threats that would atop the feeding, but Nahiri went after Sorin and later left Innistrad, leaving Emrakul alone. So Emrakul allowed herself to be locked into Innistrads moon but with anger towards Nahiri for betrayal. The thing with Emrakul is that she is smarter than expected. Emrakul ia pretty strong as well, but her intelligence and strategy is the main concern. Emrakul may find a way to get herself back to get payment towards a traitor who betrayed her when she arrived. If storyline continues, Emrakul may come BACK to get revenge on Nahiri and everything close to her. When it comes to Emrakul, she does not play a foul shot someone put on her. So Nahiri also made a dangerous mistake, one that may lead to a terrifying end...

  • posted a message on Does Avacyn even have a good personality?
The problem I saw when it came to Avacyn was that she seemed to have had almost NO good personality. More so, she was like a slave to Sorins rulings.

If tou look at the description of how Avacyn is, she is said to barely interact with anyone else, even Sorin HIMSELF.
If Avacyn had a good personality, her judgement would have been better to not as easily get corrupted by Nahiri's work. I think Sorin did not even feel like giving her a personality, but more if making her obey him and not go for something fun or even interact with people in a fun way. She almost looks bored during the day, not even knowing what to do.
When Sorin created her, he messed her up from the beginning. And why connect her to the mana lines? If Avacyn was not connected to the mana lines, then she would have not gotten on Emrakuls hold of her mind. So Sorin made a very bad error, which later led to a heavy amount of failure. Emrakul may still be locked up in Innistrads Silver moon, but Emrakul is smarter than thought, and is wanting revenge for Nahiri's betrayal. So what jf Emrakul got sneaky and found a different way to get back on Innistrad? Where js Avacyn to take of the problem? Avacyn is dead due to Sorin making a bad mistake that led to it.
