    This one I saw on Brian Kibler's Twitter, as he was playing a doggo buff commander deck with Mowu, Loyal Companion as his commander.

    So he has Mowu and Branching Evolution on the battlefield. He casts Invigorating Surge on it. Assuming Mowu had no counters on it before this interaction, how many counters would he have after the Surge resolves?

    Also, it'd be fun to see what the maximum number of counters on him could be with every single green counter mod in Magic was on the battlefield (add Doubling Season, Hardened Scales, Vorinclex, and probably some others I'm forgetting...)

    Let's say I just mutated an Auspicious Starrix onto a mutated amalgam that's already mutated three times, meaning I get four permanents from the Starrix's ability. The four permanents I get are two lands and two Phylath, World Sculptors. Of course, the legend rule means I'm not keeping both of them. But the questions I have are:

    1. How many Plant tokens do I get (let's say both of those lands brought my basic land count to 6).
    2. How many Phylath landfall triggers do I get to pump those Plants up?

    The arid plane of Hawa is one of strife. Ever since the exodus to the outlands from the cities, bandits, thugs and outlaws are commonplace between the towns, raiding them of the Wamaka ores they mine before the lawbringers can arrive to arrest them. The cityfolk don't care for the outlander's pleas or the mountain shaman's warnings; as long as they get their hands on that metal, and as long as no one else knows its true purpose, nothing else matters.
