Adore the flavor text on Despark! The Amonkhet gods were owed payback on Bolas. At least they got it at the very end.
Edit: It actually looks like Bontu deals the killing blow (bite). Fitting given how he double crossed her (thought she kind of had that coming). I'm guessing the art on God-Eternal Oketra is her firing her arrow at Bolas since it seems like she's shooting in the direction the sparks are flying.
As my favourite Planeswalker-character eva, i don't care bout this card. Gideon stands for all the best things in white: Couragous, selfless, protective, loving etc.

It is sad. But at least he goes out heroic and on his own terms. Unlike some other great white characters that got corrupted before the end (Oketra, Avacyn, Bruna, Gisela). Those 4 hit hard. Especially Oketra.
Don't we need to wait for another return to Ravnica to see if Kaya actually hurt the Orzhov? It could turn out that Teysa is a much better leader than the Obzedat.

I was expecting her to be very powerful given the delay in releasing her vs the other 3 gods. But is she the weakest of the 4? It would have been nice if she was when a creature enters instead of when it's cast since she seems to have a place in token decks.

Except it would need a nontoken restriction anyways to prevent her from being an infinite combo with herself. The cast trigger is nice because of how difficult it makes it for your opponent to deny you value.

This is sad though. I liked Gideon. Not a huge Liliana fan so I would have preferred her story end here but that seemed highly unlikely.
WOTC could never really win since all of the Gatewatch have fans. Characterwise at least it makes sense for Gideon to do this.
