I will say that if you counted the number of times that Reliquary Tower has helped me, and the number of times, say, Ghost Quarter or Tectonic Edgehas helped me, it's probably the former. That's not to say target land destruction isn't worth putting in your deck or that the Tower isn't overrated, but I think I can count the number of times I've used it to decent effect can be counted on one hand.

Unfortunately the decks you need to use it most against often have more than enough ways of getting around it, neutralizing it, or even profiting off of it with Gitrog decks.

(No I ain't paying the $$$ for Wasteland or Strip Mine I'm on a budget here)

It's kinda goofy but I like how while the three Chandras definitely sync up with one another, they also sync well with the various Nissa cards because Nissa has a tendency to make Elementals as well.

I've gotten better at tossing the Tower out of decks that don't really need it or are actively hindered by its existence (IE: Graveyard decks). The amount of times you've got more than like, nine, cards in hand is pretty goddamn rare, and it's generally easy enough to toss the couple.

That being said, it's still one of the great joys in Magic to be packing, like, twenty cards in your hands, and one of my biggest weakness is choosing what to discard, so some decks still have them. Generally heavy green decks that like to draw cards in big ol' chunks of eight to ten at a time.

Yawgy boy is going straight into my Meren deck. Essentially free sac outlet that draws cards and hinders opponents boards, plus a discard outlet on the side? Yes please!

Also thank goodness enemy Talismans are on the table now, I play enemy color combos way more often than Ally!

Lorewise, it's pretty cool that Urza has a bunch of abilities tied to cards that he's related to, and it's nice to see him actually have a card that isn't an Un card or a gimmick.

Game-wise, I can't say I'm overly thrilled to see yet another Absurd Mono-U Commander (TM), and will probably be sick of seeing him within, like, the third time seeing him played against me.

Oh well, still pretty cool from a Lore perspective.
