I think the "snow deck" is still just Skred, you have a manland now and you might splash white for on thin ice or black for dead of winter and get access to some pretty neat sideboard options.
So I've been goofing off trying to go infinite with Planebound Accomplice, there are quite a few ways to do it but this is what I've come up with so far.
4 Karn, the Great Creator
4 Chandra Ablaze
4 Chandra, Torch of Defiance
4 Sarkhan, Unbroken
4 Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God
4 Chandra, Bold Pyromancer
4 Jace, Wielder of Mysteries
12 Mountain
4 Gemstone Caverns
4 Blood Moon
1 Defense Grid
1 Spellskite
1 Cloudstone Curio
1 Mycosynth Lattice
1 Sundial of the Infinite
1 The Chain Veil
1 Ensnaring Bridge
1 Damping Sphere
1 Engineered Explosives
1 Walking Balista
1 Chalice of the Void
So, the plan is to generate infinite mana and card draw through planeswalker abilities (made easier with Cloudstone Curio but you can also go infinite without it if you get lucky), draw your whole deck, and win through Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Karn is mostly there for fun sideboard shenanigans, Finding Cloudstone Curio to go infinite, Spellskite to defend your planeswalkers, Walking Ballista as an alternate win condition, and Sundial of the Infinite in case you brick it allows you to keep your planeswalkers in play at the end of turn.
Mostly brewing this for fun, because clearly its not consistent because you do absolutely nothing without Planebound Accomplice in play. I tried to mitigate that as much as possible with things like serum powder and faithless looting.
4 Pteromander
4 Thing in the Ice
4 Skred
4 Serum Visions
4 Opt
4 Remand
4 Force of Negation
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Chart a Course
4 Scalding Tarn
8 Snow-Covered Island
2 Snow-Covered Mountain
4 Planebound Accomplice
4 Simian Spirit Guide
4 Faithless Looting
4 Serum Powder
4 Karn, the Great Creator
4 Chandra Ablaze

4 Sarkhan, Unbroken
