Ram through is interesting. Green removal and damage through from a big beefy trampler.

How so? The card reads that one of the four you mill has to be chosen. So one in the graveyard does nothing (unless of course you milled it with his ability).

I do have a rules question on timing. Say I cast him, his ability triggers, a clone gets milled, i bring back the clone copying him, when does the legend rule happen, before or after the mill ability of the clone resolves?

State based actions are check every time an ability resolves. The legend rule is a part of that. Since clones enter as a copy of something, rather than their copy being a trigger once they enter, you can try to chain clones that way.

What i was getting at was say I have mortuaryand I cast Garuda. I hit a clone, bring it back copying Garuda, is there a time i can sac the clone to the legend rule and put it on top from the mortuary and then hit it again with clone Garuda mill, or do i need a sac outlet to sac the clone to?

With one of this in your graveyard, when you play the other as companion you can mill your entire library and then play Thassa's oracle, hum nice !

As soon as someone uses the term "woke" or any other buzz word I immediately discount their opinion as being invalid.

Make your argument without unnecessary buzzwords/words that are just used to get a rise out of certain groups of people. I am seriously starting to tire of reading any forums because of the constant influx of people claiming something is woke, virtue singaling, white knighting, snowflaking, fascist, racist, whatever

I am not saying the game is in a good place, I don't play very much anymore or buy product, but if your argument something is that there should not be more representation of a group because "they never had it in the past" or "go back to the good old days" etc, then grow up and evolve. Things change, and what might have been "the good old days" to you are not the "good old days" for everyone.

Does Leadership Vacuum increase the commander tax or does it just go back with the same tax it had before?

This is a really good question. If it increases the tax, the card is super busted, and there needs be a method to lower commander tax.

The commander cost would increase. Command tax doesn't care how/ why the commander was returned to the command zone, it just cares how many times your commander was cast previously and uses that to figure out the tex value
