I tried looking for an answer, but only found similar, but not the exact answer.
1. Suppose there's a global effect on board that affects all creatures toughness, which will obviously kill certain creatures when SBE are checked. (Heartless Summoning or Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite)
2. Let's say, there's are other cards that will trigger an ETB and a Death trigger.
My question is, during the SBE check, if there are additional triggers that happen as result of the SBE doing it's thing.
Do the new triggers get placed at the same time (and thus order may be chosen) as the existing triggers?
Which case is true here A or B?
A.
Cast creature with ETB.
Creature resolves and ETB triggers.
SBE occurs. Checks and sends creature to GY (a death trigger occurs)
I can no order both the ETB and death trigger as I choose. (provided I control the trigger source)
Player regains priority as all triggers are on stack and no more SBE
OR
B.
Cast creature with ETB.
Creature resolves and ETB triggers.
SBE occurs. Death trigger occurs.
Place ETB on stack (or multiple ETB,) completing original SBE check.
SBE occurs again (from the Death Trigger)
Place Death trigger on stack above the previous ETBs.
Player regains priority as all triggers are on stack and no more SBE.
