Apparently it's still unreslistic to expect characters that are depicted as using bows and have cards that are able to deal direct damage zo automatically get the creature txpe Archer. And I would have loved this card as a RW Archer commander. B too? Sure, I'll take that as a nice plus. But nooo...
Thanks @Gutterstorm. MtG Forge from slightlymagic is an amazing open source tool that lets you play all cards and all formats against other people or a pretty sophisticated AI, plus you can even code in custom cards.
Just perfect. And yes, as mentioned before, the Human to hand part is pure genius, but also the destruction of unnatural stuff. I guess some kind of interaction with flyers would have been nice, too, though that would take even more space unless you alter the first abiltity to fight or straight up destroy a creature with flying.
So, according to the thread search, noone here mentioned the term 'forge', yet. As in MtG Forge? Come on, they were spot on in designing some of these abilties' symbols!
...or were those symbols part of some officiial digital MtG product and Forge just implemented them..?
Also one saids cycle ability one of Gavin’s hints was 8 returning mechanics cycling is pretty popular and a cycling legend was a huge request from the commander fans
This might be the wrong place to ask this, but why would CMD players want cycling Legends?
You can only cycle from your hand. Of course WotC could introduce something à la Commander Ninjutsu and call it Commander Cycling
(even though that would be weird given how it sounds reminiscent of Forestcycling or Wizardcycling, where you still can only cycle from your hand and the name would then suggest you could search for your commander if it somehow ended up in your library)
, but would that even count as a returning mechanic then?
That's what I thought way back when I learned the names Corin Nemec and Jonas Quinn. You tell me which sounds more like a made up alien name and which like an actual real world actor's.
Thanks for the update, AbzanPlaneswalker! (Also, hopefully we'll get an actual BGW planeswalker soon.)
Is it possible that Vivien is aiming for the magic rock? Maybe that way that guy's *bond* to that wild animal would be *sundered*. Could this be a story about a guy capturing wild animals to experiment on them in order to empower or mutate himself and Vivien bursting into the scene going full PETA?
; )
A mammal *and* walks on all fours! So, what is there to differentiaite one from the other, really?
...ugh, Wizards...
Still love the game overall, though.

: D
See, we can 'draw' from strength without being all toxic and abusive. <3 ( :
Maybe your group will let you play it just for the art if you promise not to abuse the mechanic..?
