I hope they continue to reprint things into the ground. A child's game shouldn't be an investment.
A- it’s not a child’s game
B- I already have 90% of the cards on RL including P9, Cradle, Moat, Abyss, etc. I also have THOUSANDS of other cards, and I would rather this whole shebang not go down in flames because Wizards decided 99.9% of cards should have no value whatsoever.
Boo!
This is only a year old, at least give it a chance to hold some value for a while.
It’s like they got totally sick of this game being even somewhat viable as an investment.
I really like this, but it should have cost R less.
You have to sink six mana into this before it becomes better than Repeated Reverberation,
and at that point, there’s less mana to cast something worth copying.
On the one hand, I really like Myriad as a fun mechanic and have a couple of decks that this would theoretically slot into. On the other hand, that mana cost is more than a little prohibitive.
Hilariously, it also shuts off attacking with your Commander unless you're looking to sacrifice it.
Mirror Box could solve that problem for you. I'd be happy with multiple Elesh Norns.
BTE is nice too but a bit mundane by comparison.

Except, ya know, anyone who already had several copies of both?
Mana Drain is already dirt cheap compared to what it’s been for the majority of its life.
If you can’t afford one now, just give up on it.

It looks great, no doubt, but I’m more smitten by that gorgeous alt-frame.
I don’t understand…
Imperial Seal is obviously the biggest money card in this set.
It’s a bit shocking, but I guess they can only lean on Vampiric Tutor, Force of Will, and Mana Drain so much?

I want multiple Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
On that topic, do the copies also deal Commander damage?
Or only the original?
I would put this in my Slivers deck if it weren’t built around Primal Surge.
