Player A starts handing cards back as it he accepted the destruction, during that time, player A found that they had Apex Altisaur. At that time, player A morphed Apex Altisaur in the middle of that.
When Apex Altisaur enters the battlefield,
it fights up to one target creature you don't
control.
Enrage — Whenever Apex Altisaur is dealt
damage, it fights up to one target creature you
don't control.
Player A make it start making it right other cards to off set abilities that would have acivated abilities (such as Atla Palani, Nest Tender), and because it fought something that did damage to it, makes it fight another target till it dies.
Player C challenges player A. Argument happens, game ends.
But the questions were still valid questions that need answers.
Question 1) can he morph as a response to Divine Reckoning ?
Question 2) would his morph supersede Divine Reckoning.
Question 3) would that count as entering the battlefield? It was already on the battlefield it just morphed.
Question 4) does Enrage reactivates when it is resolving Enrage?
