Odd card choices include Fangren Marauder and the guildgates. Guildgates are intended to fix mana issues, and Marauder is in against aggro decks and works well against RUGTron.

So I'm playing mono b devotion against u/w reality acid. I have an Oubilette with Kor Skyfisher removed in play and my opponent targets oubilette with Reality Acid, and bounces the acid, oubilette goes to the grave yard, but the skyfisher doesn't come back. Anyone having this issue?
Now the deck is in need of some work for sure. The games normally work with you playing your permanents, start causing your opponent to lose card advantage, taking attacks that your life total can afford to take, start removing the board while finding the Gray Merchant and then bam six to ten point life swings. Sideboard is a mess and needs work.
The games I have played so far, Order of the Ebon Hand has been so-so, but I find myself wanting the Foul Imp a lot more, so I think that is a simple switch. Chittering Rats into Disciple of Phenax is pretty brutal, and I am on board the Phenax train. I'm thinking about a two-two split between the Rager and Read the Bones. With the amount of comes into play abilities, I'm thinking about adding Undying Evil as a one or two of. Driver of the Dead looks alot more fun for the deck I thought Driver read like Reveillark... oops
Project X is a deck that uses this combo; basically, Ivy Lane Denizen makes persist creatures immortal - when the creature comes back from the graveyard, you put a +1/+1 counter on it, which wipes out the -1/-1 counter, which means it's ready to persist again. The linked deck uses 4 Carrion Feeder and 3 Bloodflow Connoisseur to take advantage of this by easily growing to 20/20 or bigger and threatening to swing in for lethal. The deck can deal with chump blockers by using Elvish Herder to give the big guy trample.
Project X pairs the combo win with an aggro package of 4 Putrid Leech and 3 Nest Invader and throws in 4 Bequeathal, which is basically a green Thoughtcast in this deck. The theory is that the deck can put on early pressure and force the opponent to deal with the aggro threats instead of holding removal for combo pieces. This seems like a pretty promising approach; another possibility for the combo is to run a more controlling/reactive Tortured Existence build and flip into aggro mode once the combo is assembled.
Strengths: lots of synergy. Most of the cards are good to reasonable on their own.
Weakness: removal on denizen is hard to recover from if opponent can stabilize versus the early aggro. Attackers can be chump blocked unless a fourth combo piece comes out.

I feel like Mulldrifter is better for this deck than Gush. You can evoke it to fuel your use of Stitched Drake, also give you another flying creature increasing your threats.
After a quick look at your possible inclusions, it seems as though you are really trying to force the artifact deck. Cards like the artifact lands are dangerous to use, and even outright useless unless you get one of the Tezzerets.
It also looks like you're trying to add to much mana fixing. I don't think you need to have the vivid lands. The three primary land cycles and one more of another, maybe a mixture of man lands and bouncelands for your fourth cycle.
I am trying to include an artifact archetype. Agree with your analysis of the artifact lands, (Even if I love to Trinket Mage them up), so those could easily go.
I do like the vivid lands, but am always open to suggestions. I'm assuming a mixture of bonuce/man/utility lands would look something like this

Sewer Nemesis saw no play, and Mind Control was talked about in the this and that discussion, and I decided to cut it for another, but different, extra turn. Stormbind just doesn't fit here. Dormi comes in to help the midrange decks and to be "sort of removal" for aggro.
Bump to 450?
This is something I've been thinking about for a few months now. The idea is to expand current archetypes, help archetypes that are struggling, and introduce a new archretype.
The new 90 (7 each color, 20 multicolor [10 lands], 25 arftifacts, 10 lands) - Including M14
Artifacts gets a nice boost here, some colorless fatties for the reanimator decks. Hate for reanimator comes in.
Land destruction/pox decks get help, hopefully boosting the value of Crucible of Worlds
Landfall aggro has a small theme with the Kudzu, adventuring gear, Plated Geopede and Steppe Lynx, which all conviently play well with Wild Nactal Also has plenty of fetchlands to support this small interaction as well.
Defentally looking forward to thoughts and feedback about this possibility.
