Hey! This is my first post here, so glad to meet you all. I'm new to magic and I'd like to play constructed on Arena. I find myself losing to these Wilderness Reclamation decks, and I want to destroy them with great prejudice. Tips on how I can build my synergy would be appreciated! I have some thought below on why I picked certain cards.
Destiny Spinner: gotta stop them counters on my giants. Also, some land threats are fun Klothys, God of Destiny: Klothys is a way to keep me in the game while I draw my threats. Also Uro. Sunder Shaman: First giant! Love forcing bad blocks if I can. A little hard to cast though Thrashing Brontodon: I'm coming for you Wilderness Reclaimation... watch your back True Love's Kiss: Sometimes Brontodon is dead, so I let him take a turn off. Storm's Wrath: Early sweeps. Helps with planeswalkers Omen of the Hunt: I don't always get all my lands, but when I do... Giants Pacifism: Giants are hard to cast though Banishing Light: Planeswalkers sometimes have more than 4 loyalty counters. Also, Gods Rumbling Sentry: Lets me scry and lays on the hurt Thrill of Possibility: Sometimes I have dead cards, like Omen of the Hunt. This helps me get to the good stuff Shatter the Sky: Maybe I get a card if I don't like what I see Realm-Cloaked Giant: Giant lives matter Bonecrusher Giant: Puny flyers need to be dealt with fast Tectonic Giant: he's a good boy. Extra damage, extra cards. Omen of the Forge: decent damage, adds to Klothys devotion too. Scry helps make the case ...some lands. I don't really have a lot of decent multi-colored lands unlocked so I did what I could
Sideboard: Deafening Silence: I needed some answers to Red aggro and White weenies so it fit the bill. Also helps Destiny Spinner do that spinning she does so well Devout Decree: Just useful sometimes, not sure about it Beanstalk Giant: Such a threat, plus more giants! Heliod's Intervention: I get low on life against aggro decks, Klothys is only gives 2 a turn. Also, I didn't forget about you Wilderness Reclamation Escape Velocity: Honestly just for the lols. Never played it on Realm Cloaked Giant yet, but man I wanna Underworld Breach: With all this removal, I end up killing some of my own cards Rampart Smasher: When Knights roam, he smashes rampartly
