Second, mtgoncurve.com doesn't treat fetchlands right. It treats evolving wilds as a colorless mana rather than mana fixing which makes its math bad. It should treat it as a tapped rainbow land which would make your numbers look better.

    That's too bad Frown
There is another site or tool I can use to get correct numbers to help me take mana/land related decisions?

I was doublecheking numbers of my current deck on mtgoncurve.com and I've got this 2 pictures below:
    img 1

    img 2

So the only difference between the 2 images above is that the first one has 3 Evolving Wilds in it, the second one replaces those 3 Evolving Wilds with a Plain, a Forest and a Swamp.
My uninformed guess would have been that evolving wilds would give me better probability to be able to play stuff, but if I'm reading the number correctly, they are suggesting that evolving wilds are lowering my probabilities...
I was also under the impression that they have an extra value compared to basic lands because they occupy 1 slot in your deck but they pull out a land from it, so when you have/use it you've actually removed 2 lands from the deck, so all the future draw will be more likely to get you a spell you can use rather than a land.
But now I'm starting to think that because they pull out another land but you get to keep only one of the two, it means that using 24 lands of which 4 evolving wilds is the same as running a deck with 56 cards of which only 20 are lands... am I wrong?
does it means that if you run evolving wilds you should have more land than usual in the deck, like a deck with 62 cards of wich 26 are lands?
But back to the starting point, what's up with the numbers in those images?
Maybe mtgoncurve.com can't deal with those land calculation and is giving me wrong info?
