Probably not. Peer into the abyss is an extremely powerful card in its own right, and the odds of flipping it isnt that high. A deck like nymris shouldnt be casting naus in its mainphase anyway, so it isnt even that bad to stop if you hit it at approx 15-20 life. You might die one in 200 times, but peer will also bail you out when you can't use naus due to beats or something.
