Well now that we officialy know what mutate does this guy looks worse but playable imo. I like the art: a beast/tree/forest reminds me of Vigor and some giant turtles from fantasy. Is Mutate what will make Garruk, Cursed Huntsman a meta card? My Mana Crypt? BROKKOS!
Got a congation clasp? NOPE! BROKKOS!
And Honestly I can see Brokkos being pretty strong. Having a commander that dodges commander tax so long as you have a creature seems pretty strong. Sure, he is not as straight up busted as... all of SUltai's commanders, but compared to Temur? He is strong
