MTG Salvation

I've been wanting to build a budget limited resources deck that is under $50 for a while now. I have never used the card before so I'm not sure what the best way to build the deck on a budget would be. I think Serum Powder would be a good option so I can mulligan to Limited Resources almost every time. I have 3 ideas for how to build the deck, but don't know if any will work. The first is your classic white weenies deck that uses cheap white 1 and 2 drops that have high power like Savannah Lions to pressure enemies very early on. The second idea I have is a similar deck to the first but is a life gain version. Using cards like soul warden and Ajani Primate to generate lots of life and make huge threats. My last idea is a stax based deck that uses a bunch of artifact and enchantments that tax opponents and then play Balance to get rid of any resources my opponents still have. I would appreciate any suggestions on what cards to put in the 3 decks ideas I just mentioned or any other ways to build around Limited Resources on a budget.

4 player free for all is the most common mtg format that I play. My playgroup and I found a website where we can play with any cards for free causing the power level to rise a ton. I've been looking to build the strongest possible ffa deck, but haven't found much information on the subject. The deck must be built with vintage restrictions so only 1 black lotus, time walk, etc. We have nothing else banned so everything else is fair game. My guess is either a black white stax deck with Limited Resources and SmallPox or some sort of combo deck. What's Everyones thoughts on the best possible ffa deck?
