If your post is referring to mine; i did not say that Noggles were pulled out of the air, I said they were the left-overs of the bunch. I am sure that if wizards had pulled something out of the air over their heads...it might have been better than a Noggle (not to insult British Folk-lore, but I dont think the Noggles fit with the rest of the mythical beings in the set)

I understand that in predominantly red aggro decks yes, but to be quite honest I dont see how the definition of the card's effectiveness is accumulated with just the possible math of the situation (unless this deck's skeleton/intention is being aligned with Red Deck Looses, which it is not -The original intention of a Sligh skeleton somewhat frowns on not needing opposition to remove your creature-). You also have to consider the logic behind the opponent's response to the card itself. Honestly the logic behind the opponent's play makes Keldon Marauders a situational burn-spell, and this deck seems to want more than just damage, being as it is constructed of two colors that have been defined as somewhat defensive.

(-Suggestion-) I think Flickerwisp from eventide might be a better choice in the deck because it removes a blocker and resets counters on a permenant upon entry and it has a 3/1 body with good evasion.

doesnt stay around as long as other creatures. and the 2 guaranteed 3 possible dmg it does for 2 mana pales in comparison to what the surrounding attackers in your build can do.

Angels - Efficient midrange combinations of Offense and Defense
Stonecloaker - Saves a creature from removal, nukes a reveillark piece once
Jotun Grunt - makes tarmogoyf smaller, nukes two reveillark pieces more than once

Honestly though, if you want "all but guaranteed" damage with some staying power I think you might want Soltari Priest in the deck

I as a person whose favorite color combo is RU (yeah, I drink Pepsi. with lime sometimes too -RU/g-) I must say that the choice of a Noggle tribe for the color pair upsets me partially.

Im sure Noggles were just the leftovers of the storyboard/artwork team just like how red blue's competitive edge in Eventide Standard these days is a leftover from the recent core sets...I'll make due and find some deck though...cause no matter what the can looks like ("and yes, the can for this brand does look bad") or tastes like ("and yes, the product does taste a little funny")...("what were we talking about again?" "something about either playing soda or drinking magic?" "No-No-No...Oh Right!") Im a Red Blue ("Purple?") fan...and true fans of a color-pair stick with a product until it kills them (*gulp* "...I don't wanna die") or becomes better.

I was thinking of a deck that was more of a midpoint between this and Angelfire, but I think more tech creatures like Vendillion Clique are necessary. Honestly I think you could add 1-2 Knollspine Invocation to this deck and still have it run midrange aggro instead of midrange control also. I dont know if the Keldon Marauders are good for what this deck should really be capable of, because you need to have efficient or stable creatures on the board.
