I like some of the ideas being thrown here.
My votes go to:
WB
Money-grabber company. They are just want to sell you everything they can.
UR
I like the mad science of izzet and the bohemian flavor of pirates. So I propose medieval alchemists. They try to find correlation between non-rrelated events, they like astrology and coincidences and weird asociations. Sounds goofy and it could translate into fun gameplay. They build Renaissance styled machines, goldberg machines, impossible geometries and use alchemy.
GB
Scrapyards, salvagers, recycling. They build stuff with used and discarded stuff.
WR
These have to be the James Bonds that fight the BR faction.
UG
I'm propossing something different: stereotipical aliens. Flying saucers, traction beams, badly undercover agents, world conquering invasion plans, etc. I think this would be a really fun concept full of tropes to explore.

Please feel free to comment on these cards, sugest improvements or post some un-cards of yours.
Squadron Soldier. This newly spoiled card is no fit for the more stax-like lists posted here lately but it could bring new life to the more tribal versions. It trims your deck, helps recovering after a board wipe and pairs well with cost reducing soldiers. At least it seems as test material to me.
I think one of the bigger problems with this mechanic is the memory issues it has. Maybe it could have bestow or something similar that when it resolves instead of going o the grave it becomes an aura.
Blue-black has mill as a staple mechanic. I don´t know if thats what your are looking for, just saying.
Mhmmm I think green-white has tokens in the same vein.
Does anyone here gets that any non-rotating format will carry the same problems as modern?
New world order toning the power level and complexity down is achieved by banning the broken stuff in modern.
The good cards in any non-rotating format will go up in price as they become more popular, its simple supply and demand.
Legacy and modern will get more broken as time passes because of power creep and because wizards only design for standard. And frontier, as any non-rotating format, will suffer the same destiny.
This hype=the hype of modern when it was new. When wizards launch a new-new world order or wathever, new players will demand a new frontier and so and so... You know what that's called? A ROTATING FORMAT.
Mayyyybe a long rate rotating format would satisfy this demand of a new format and fix SOME of the problems of the others, maybe a 4 year format rotating each 2 years or something like that, I don't know, but at least that wouldn't be repeating the mistakes from modern (or extended or standard etc). People need to understand that supply-demand exists and wizards need to make money SO there can't be a perfect format, just many formats that have different problems and benefits.
But frontier is just a rotated modern and people are blinded by hype.
Metallic mimic. Obligatory post about new spoiled tribal card to keep the train going. Bad: it isnt a soldier for cavern, prem captain, officer, banneret, etc. It dosent fuel chrome mox. Good: cheapest lord, plays of a tomb/city o t/mox, permanent pump. Mayyyyybe it could fuel a counter based build with Thalia's Lieutenant and Anafenza, kin-tree spirit and whatnot. /end of obligatory post
This week in legacy featured a succesfull soldier stompy list. Check it out is pretty out of the box , some choices seem flexible to the meta, but a core aspect seems to be "chaining" cheap soldiers rather than stax the game. Its pretty interesting
You could also play a modified version of this: Daretti Prison for multiplayer.
Blood moon, kill theirs lands, burn their stuff, kill artifacts, sundering titan. Your mana base is simpler and faster and you can use the broken ramp stuff of multiplayer banlist (sol ring, etc.) in better ways tha them.
Just look at the artifacts in op, you said you wanted to play solitaire I thinks this suits well.
From this article on mtggoldfish: "In terms of other lists, although it didn't make Top 8, Soldier Stompy made a powerful run through the tournament. The deck certainly has a lot of amazing tools now thanks to Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Recruiter of the Guard. I'd love to have the list of Mike Gouthro, who ended up being featured. If anyone could get in contact with me about that, it would be much appreciated!"
Did you see the new banisher soldier? Some good points: cost 2w and not 1ww, its a dwarf. Bad points: cant be recruited, mediocre stats, palace jailer exists (altough its more expensive and monarch is highly variable)
Also i´m really liking the direction you are taking with the deck. Full mana acceleration, its similar to what i have being playing. I have to mention I still think captain of the watch should be in at least as a 1-off, its the best choice we have at closing games after we slow down the opponent and also its good when the board is stale or on topdeck.
I think there are 3 directions to test the deck right now: controlish death and taxes with 4 recruiters and silver-bullets, full aggro with CotW and cost reducers, and a mix of both wich seems wath we are mostly playing but maybe isnt the best route to take
3 drop? check, mono white symbol? check, tax AND power? check and also has first strike. Thalia saves the day again, she could even make this deck a real thing.
Also on her lieutenant, based on my list: 4 daru warchief, 4 enlistment officer, 4 captain of the watch, 4 thalia's lieutenant, 8 thalias
those are 24 human is that enoughnto run lieutenant?
New mechanic! I'll rate the cards (personl mechanic if you wanna do it be free, the rules dosent say we cant)
^above post
Execution: 8/10 good job, maybe a bit complex
