Mist-Clan Naga
2U
Creature - Ninja Naga
Ninjutsu 2U (2U, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.)
Whenever Mist-Clan Naga deals combat damage to a player, create a token that's a copy of Mist-Can Naga.
I actually think this is quite the strong option for blue tempo decks.
Once you get a single hit in off your (hopefully evasive) two drop, your opponent basically has two immediately deal with this via a combination of two blockers and/or removal spells or the Ninjas will snowball out of control.
Wow. I like this a lot. Very good rate for the effect and every lifegain is great for black.
I actually like all the Gearhulks thus far, although the White one is probably the one least exciting to me. Great big value generators / finishers, and finally some more artifact creatures for the cube.
Wow, I LOVE this card! Artifact synergy AND spell synergy, all with appropriate power level to boot while not being an auto include in every deck. I will definitely include this card in my cube if I can get my hand on it.
Yeah, I find that quite strange, too. However, Battle for Zendikar was originally designed as a three set block and it could be that this mechanic was planned to be included in both set 2 and 3. Only time will tell.
I think it is much more likely that they use this opportunity to finally divide generic mana costs and colorless mana cleanly.
{1} will stay as generic mana costs, costs that can be paid using any color of mana (including colorless).
<> will be the new symbol for colorless mana, mana that can be used to pay generic mana costs or costs including <>.
Furthermore, I anticipate that for the foreseeable future, <> in mana costs will exclusively be a signature Eldrazi mechanic. However, cards that produce colorless mana will use the new <> symbol.
I was surprised to find Eternal Dragon in your cube (sick alter, by the way!). Do you think it still stacks up with its power level? It seems really, really slow to me and like something that is not fast enough for the modern cube environment.
I think it is the green fatty we have all been waiting for. Solid body and double Regrowth seems very, very attractive to me. I will definitely be running it in my 540 unpowered cube.
Has there been a thread for this card already? The search function did not find anything.
So, the Zombie Fish is obviously worse than Tasigur. But with how good that card is, could Gurmag Angler have a shot at making mid-sized or larger cubes?

I think Zurgo easily takes that spot.
