When a creature equipped with Deathrender dies and I have Sigil of the New Dawn in play. Can I pay for the Sigil to get the creature that just died back to my hand before I have to put a creature onto the battlefield with Deathrender?
No, the league is in MA. Thanks to everyone who posted a list. Scoeri, that list is awesome and probably took some time. But the point only counts permanents. How did you find all those chains though?
My LGS has a edh league based on points. The person with the most points at the end of 2 the month league wins.
I was wondering how many cards out there have chainable names.
The point is "Flow of Ideas – Control 3 or more permanent with chain able names. Example: Sword of Fire and Ice -> Ice Cage -> Cage of Hands. An additional point is awarded for each additional card that makes the chain."
Any ideas on what the longest chain could be?
Also if anyone else plays for points, what points do you use?
If a player has Upwelling in play. When I tap Hall of the Bandit Lord or Boseiju, Who Shelters All for mana and not spend it. Will the Haste and uncountable still be link to that mana? I know the cards don't say until end of turn or anything like that. But I was still curious enough to post the question.
Howdy,
I am posting my deck today in hopes I can collect ideas on how to make it better. Any and all ideas as long as they are in good spirits are welcome.
I just recently changed my general to Venser. I was using Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar as my general. Tomorrow paired well with Teferi's Puzzle Box. I would have just thrown in Venser but I was told he makes a better general.
I was thinking of adding Ensnaring Bridge to the deck, maybe in place of War Tax. Any suggests on that?
My budget will not allow me to buy Force of Will or Mana Drain.
Thanks in advance for the help.
If Endless Whispers is on the battlefield and a creature dies with Persist or Undying. Which effect would take place or does the creatures controller get the choice?
Basically the same question for a players general in EDH, would there be a choice?
If I have Melira, Sylvok Outcast and there is a Everlasting Torment with AEther Flash on the battlefield.
When I bring out a creature and AEther Flash deals it 2 damage. The damage is dealt in wither but my creatures can't have -1/-1 counters on them. But still damage can't be prevented.
So can someone please explain to me what happens?
I know that if two(or more) legendary permanents on the battlefield they will all be sent to the graveyard.
My question is if there is time to do anything with those permanents before they are sent to the graveyard?
I understand ETB effects can take place since Sharuum the Hegemon combo works. And I guess that means LTB effects would work as well right? Like Keiga, the Tide Star.
I am wondering more about if a creature had haste (Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker) or if there was another card on the battlefield that could do something with one or more of the legendary permanent(s) before they went to the graveyard.
Basically, can I put two(or more) legendary permanents going to the graveyard on the stack?
Thanks
