I don't mean to be rude, but I find it difficult to relate drafting to capitalism or communism, because nobody has full control of what they get, but they all have some control.
A better example of capitalism in my opinion is a player buying singles because that is what they want.
I guess I should be glad that I played where I did, I was used to people taking care of themselves for the most part.
The worst I've seen are some large people who wear shirts that are way too small and the occasional guy who looks like he doesn't know how to use a razor.
I agree that re-drafting doesn't sound like a good idea. I have never re-drafted and I wouldn't want to. I can understand how it could be appealing to some people and give them incentive to win, but it does nothing for the weaker players.
I like the satisfaction in picking my cards during the draft knowing that they are now mine to keep or sell/trade as I wish.
I have talked to people who would tell about their 0-4 draft with a grin while they show me all of their picks.
Granted, but now you are overwhelmed by everyone wanting to be your friend, so you give most of it to charity instead of dealing with the brown-nosers.
I wish for a wish twisted in a good way.
I wish I could teleport.

I wish for a jelly donut.
