I'm not sure about taking out the green, the scattershort archers were mvp's last night, even without the aven mimeomancers.
My meta is littered with b/w tokens and faeries, so they ruin most of their decks.
This deck will probably never compete with serious type one decks but I thought it was fun and after a little bit of testing over the past week it actually surprised me on how well it preformed.
If you didn't see the decks main interaction is Aven Mimeomancer + Scattershot Archer with Mark of Asylum out. With enough counters to stop people from hopefully disrupting my stupid combo. Walls for defense and spot removal for things that I counldn't counter.
We kind of have a game like that at our local shop between my friends and I.
It started out as cube, and we stopped drafting from it and just split the whole thing up into 6 piles, assign each pile with a number, roll a 6 sided die and play the top card of that library.
Some people like slow games / stall decks.
Wizards makes cards for everyone.
Wall of Denial is one of my favorite cards out of the set.
I personally dislike most of the Mythics though, too much mana for something that has a mediocre outcome. (exception Lord of Extinction and Sen Triplets)
I do it for the expression on their faces. the guys that regularly contribute to this thread know what I'm talking about: the glazed over look that slowly turns into a drawing fear that, no dear opponent, you REALLY can't do ANYTHING to win! this is the deck that, when it gets going and when played properly, CAN'T loose.
basically, it's what would have happened had goyf been charging to attack, raised a Jitte in it's hand, and said "ah, **** it" and began monologing the opposition to death.
I really know how that feels.
It's worth going 1-0 in every match
on my turn I play Slave of Bolas and I have Finest Hour out.
20 cards later, my opponent scoops.

I don't need a big finisher in this deck as a bunch of 3/1's in the air is sufficient enough.
If anything I would consider the new Angel.
You're probably right, list has been updated on first post.
Oblivion ring mainly to stop planeswalkers as there is a lot in my meta.
I'm probably going to try out the Raking Canopy and Primal Command though.
Thanks for the feedback so far, I'll play it tonight and see how it does.

4x Behemoth Sledge
4x Loxodon Warhammer
The rest of the deck, removal with Trolls and Uril.
I'd just run 4x Knight of New Alara and possibly side the Liege.
Birds of Paradise would really speed up your deck.

X spells you roll a 6 sided die.

So I made a deck that supports
4x Wall of Reverence
4x Wall of Denial
4x Plumeveil
and enough counter magic to support them.
It was annoying.
In sealed I prefer Wall of Denial. The only real answer is a really fatty fat creature or mass removal.
In constructed I prefer Wall of Reverence. More dependable decks, easy to protect, nets you life.
