Your opponent has a chance to respond to the triggered ability after Sun Titan enters the battlefield. If they respond with Doom Blade, the Doom Blade will resolve first and destroy the creature before the Umbra has a chance to enchant it. After that, the Umbra would resolve and you could still enchant another creature, or it would fizzle if there are no other creatures in play.

Correct me if I am wrong but...all states that I am aware of...in order to get a Driver's License you must have all of the legal paperwork. <--Therefore making it a valid form of Immigration Status.

Actually, no. I work for a government agency that requires we verify citizenship, and driver's license is NOT a valid form of proof of legal immigration status/citizenship. The only time I can think of where someone might have a driver's license but not be in legal immigration status is if their legal resident status expires or is revoked but their driver's license has not yet expired.

Ah, here's something I haven't called you on much before. Evolution, social or otherwise, is undirected. It has no goal, it cannot be predicted, it is not the pseudoscientific substitute for destiny that communists make it out to be. The "role" of any component in a system of equilibrium is, at most, simply to perpetuate that system; it simply makes no sense to say that the working classes* have a role beyond working, because there's nothing to give them that role. Sure, you can swing over into the literature that says they ought to do this-and-that, but then you're crossing the border from descriptive sociology to prescriptive social ethics. (Which is fine for a moral objectivist like me, less so for someone like you.)

Evolution can be directed (two words: dog breeding). As for the goal of evolution, isn't it simply the maximization of an individual or group's potential within a system? By that rationale, the goal of the working class is not simply to work, but to work as efficiently as possible and to receive the greatest possible compensation for that work. Thus, if workers are not able to complete their work with the greatest efficiency or are not receiving adequate compensation for the work they are doing, action should be taken to correct the problem (unions, child labor laws, etc). As for the predictability of social evolution, while it may not be completely predictable, I fail to see why this should stop us from trying. Supporters of the economic bailout are predicting that it will help prevent further economic turmoil. Supporters of our involvement in WWII were predicting that it would prevent the Axis countries from taking over the world (and were right).

Hey everybody! I've been checking out MTG Salvation for a while now at work (only on breaks, of course), and I figured while I'm visiting my parents' fancy pants house with its new fangled internet connection I might as well start posting.

So anyway, I've been playing Magic on and off since Revised and blah blah blah boring biographical information...

    See you in the forums!
