a. How does a Chancellor help you get a turn 3 Amulet? It adds the mana at the begining of your first main phase. You already have Birds, Battlement, and Lotus Cobra even. Yes you can play those on turn 1 off of a Chancellor but that doesn't help you get a an Amulet any earlier then turn 3 (without Chancellor you will already get turn 3 Amulet).
Turn 1 Chancellor, Land, Lotus Cobra.
Turn 2 Fetchland, Amulet.
Turn 3 Land, activate Amulet.
