You just need 10counters, but the limit for both decks is 4copies of each card, so double infect doesn't work. Since 2headed rewards you for playing counterspells I could see something like jeskai+infect.
Overall infect is great in 2headed and any strategy that doesn't aim@ dealing damage to win would be great with it. Could be jeskai or something like blue tron.
Think about it in terms of the worlds.
level1 would be infect as it is the best deck for 2headed
level2 might be jeskai/control decks, as they win against infect and benefit from the aditional value of counterspells
level3 could be something like blue tron, as it owns the t2 decks and still plays well with infect

You need 15 poison counters in 2HG according to the official rules.

You only need 10 for Commander (a format where people normally start at 40). Where does it say 15 for 2HG? (I'm not being skeptical, just genuinely curious, I don't really ever play 2HG).

    Here is the official rule:

810.8d If a team has fifteen or more poison counters, that team loses the game. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704.)

Some stupid powerful linear deck, probably infect (since it only has to deal 10 anyway) and some counterspell.dec (or Jund) to protect it. Or better yet, just two Infect decks for double the threats and double the protection (vines, blessing, pierce). Plus the pump spells don't even say creature you control, so you can pump your teammate's creatures.

I thought that in 2HG, you need 15 poison counters to lose.

It's not good and has never been good. Maybe that is a bit of an exaggeration, but in a format as hostile as Modern, where if you aren't being killed by turn 3, whatever you play will be killed, and Jace's impact is minimal at best. I picked up my copies at ORI launch for $11 a piece and am kicking myself for not selling them at $90. Still sitting on my playset, hoping they find a home outside of filler EDH slots. Snapcaster is better in almost every regard, especially with counterspells. And outside of Goryos looting, I feel Jace would only be run in a deck as Snaps 5-8. But to take full advantage, they would also have to be running a proactive strategy (and even then, that requires cutting better, more useful cards to make room).

Then how do you explain this....http://www.mtgtop8.com/event?e=10309&d=259048&f=MO or his use in Grixis twin before it's ban?

To answer op's question, Jace is pretty similar in powerlevel to dark confidant tbh. Both die to a small breeze (well jace doesn't if you are allowed to untap with it), both produce card adv each turn, both win the game by themselves if left unchecked. Both also work very well with each other and Liliana of the veil. The best strats at using him are: UW control lists that run Ojutai's command, grixis with kolaghan's command/Liliana, the last hope, Sultai lists, etc. He's a card that you have to brew with to find some success. If you understand that he isn't great as a 3-4 of right now and can find a home for him, he can take over games by himself everytime.

It would be pretty impossible to win a game of Magic with just one Dark Confidant.

I'm the complete opposite of all these people asking for Nagas to just be snakes.

Bird-people should be Aven, cat-people should be Leonin, rhino-people should be Rhox, elephant people should be Loxodon, snake-people should be Naga, etc.

Why? For both flavor and consistency. Viashino don't have the Lizard type, Merfolk aren't Fish, and Humans don't have tribal synergy with Apes. The sapient species probably shouldn't be lynped in with the non-sapient species for both practical and flavor reasons.

I agree though as stated before the Kamigawa block with its snake people tribes being called snakes and fox humanoids just being foxes it threw a big wrench in the works of that convention.

Goblin Test Pilot needs to be a Pilot now.

For the same reason, Tree Monkey and Zodiac Monkey need to be Monkeys now.

And Monkey Cage needs to make Monkey tokens.

Check Gatherer, it appears your wish has come true! Ravenous Baboons also got the monkey treatment.
Still nothing for Monkey Cage >:-(

    Umezawa's Jitte.
I hate facing it, I hate using it. It has too many abilities I never know which one to use and it's OP.

Xira Arien is the big one for me. I know she looks like an insect, but her flavor text clearly states that she is in a costume. I know it ultimately doesn't matter, but this one bugs me every time I play her as I think she should just be a Human Wizard.

She changes her costume every hour though. Shouldn't she be a Shapeshifter?

Time Spiral released before Future Sight, so Coward as a type didn't exist yet.

As for me, how the hell is Silvos, Rogue Elemental not a Rogue?

The Rogue creature type didn't exist until Llorwyn block.
As for Norin, both him and Intimidator came out in the same block/year so there could have been some forethought about the creature types maybe.
The point is, we're giving errata to the types so it doesn't matter when they existed or not.

Have you ever read a card and thought "How in the heck is this not a *insert creature type here*??" Most of us have.
What are some examples of creatures' types you have seen that you would change if you could? And I don't just mean you would change Tarmogoyf to a Merfolk so it would slot into your favourite deck or something like that. Make it for flavour reasons.

For me, well ever since Time Spiral block when I first saw Boldwyr Intimidator it made me wonder why Norin the Wary was a human warrior and not a human coward.

Wizards can be pretty predictable when it comes to new mechanics. For example I wouldn't be surprised to see a Drain Life variant that drains energy counters as well as life or gives you a choice.

Do cards like Kird Ape and Oblivion Ring that were printed in other rarities count? Kird Ape was even a mythic rare in FTV.

Why is anyone gaining life here? Do they eat the corpses or something?

I think the flavour is that by killing the gremlins in the fields with pesticides, the life gain comes from the nourishment of the crops that were saved. Sort of like Swords to Plowshares.

I'm kind of surprised they aren't showing us an Energy counter tracking card (similar to the poison or experience ones) yet.

Probably won't because poison counted up but never down and energy will always be going up and down making it easier to track with actual counters.
