I drafted U/R week before last, I was extremely happy with it and went undefeated. I settled into the tempo route, relying on early evasive threats like Vaporkin to race while relying on Voyage's End, Griptide, Lightning Strike, etc to remove blockers and delay my opponents. I would only go that route again if I saw a good portion of the tempo and removal early, but I will always be happy to draft it again if I get the chance.
Got these in my area here recently, most of them had 1-2 of the prebuilt Commander decks. I grabbed the only one with 3 Commander decks (Riku, Zedruu, and Mimeoplasm) knowing I could unload them for $20 bucks a piece.

Maybe have the restaurant area and the gaming store area separated in some way, but still recognizable as the same establishment? This way you can avoid the problem of the food/drinks messing up the cards/products by saying go to the restaurant side in between rounds if you want something. Plus, with some separation, the restaurant will attract customers who don't want to spend their time eating in the middle of a gaming shop.

Seance. :-( Every time I open packs, atleast once has a Seance lurking inside. I swear, I've opened 20 of those things, and a part of me dies every time. I even had one pack that had a Seance AND a foil Seance......

Just tell them that it was labeled $3.98 or whatever on the shelf, identify which product, and have them send an associate to look. If it is in fact labeled that way on the shelf, they have to honor it. They'll change it that night though, lol.

Even if it is, I fear that the Bloodlord won't be fast enough for it. The best scenario in my mind is to drop Bloodlord when you 1) have bloodthirst and 2) have enough mana on the board to drop atleast one more vampire on that same turn. The first one isn't a problem, but by the point in the game you have that much mana you should have already won.
From my personal experiences, ask to go through peoples "bulk" commons/uncommons they don't care about and see if you can "trade" one of your crap commons/uncommons for the stuff you find. You can occasionally find playables, more copies of shock at the very least.
EDH is very strong not only in my playgroup, but in essentially every playgroup on campus (I live in a college town/go to that college), so any staples I can bring in for the format usually bring a nice profit. Legacy staples are also somewhat undervalued in my area, which makes picking them up an easier way to profit.
