I guess its floor lies in the lack of impact on its own. It does close to nothing alone, but on the other hand it gives haste to all your new creatures.

Well, one of your new creatures. Once paired, it can't unpair until the other creature's gone.

Expendable is probably the wrong word, since he's still really good. He's on my short list to re-include at some point, but I need to playtest 450 for a bit before I start tinkering. Smile

Card was okay, but nothing great. I cut it years and years ago and have had no desire to re-add it.

Flamecaller wasn't in my list at 720... so I'm not sure where that question came from. It's been a long time since I've cubed with the 6cc Chandra.

Garruk Relentless is a great card, and is on the short list for returning. Cuts are hard when you want to support green aggro.

In general, I would rank old border foils higher than newer frame foils in most circumstances.

The problem I have with Court of Grace is with this enormously over saturated white 4 CMC slot (aggro- midrange cards)

    - Palace Jailer
    - Restoration Angel
    - Hero of Bladehold
    - Ravages of War
    - Armageddon
    - Elspeth, Knight-Errant
    - Gideon, Ally of Zendikar
    - Parallax Wave
    - Luminous Broodmoth

The problem is again - if this is added, which card do we cut?

I wouldn't cut any of those for Court. But if you had to, maybe Wave or Broodmoth, unless you use them for combo decks.

I think Crawling Barrens is an okay card, but I don't think it's quite enough to justify tapping for colorless.

It might, but Tarmogoyf has always been a good card for me anyways.

Questing Beast is amazing. I also like Lotus Cobra, Tarmogoyf and Scavenging Ooze in my X/G aggro builds. Alongside Tireless Tracker, Rancor and Plow Under (+ all the 2-power 1-drops) green can contribute to aggro in a pretty sweet way.

Creeping Tar Pit is simply too good not to play, IMO. It's probably the best manland. It's close between it and Treetop Village, IMO.

I didn't archive my 720 list, but it's been cloned a bajillion times on CubeCobra, so I'm sure someone out there still has it.

I'm looking forward to exploring this cube size for a while.

Intimidator was solid, but when Berserker's on, he's on in a big way and not having to pay to gain access to the evasive 3-power threat is boss.

Talisman is a very serviceable tutor effect, and it's really strong with Teferi, the Welders, and Opposition Agent.

Natural Order is a powerful effect, and it's nice to have some redundancy there.

Thrun, Ambusher and Chariot are all close. But with the new goal changes, Thrun will be a good control killer.

I will miss Wake, but the slots are just too tight.

I kept Decay over Trophy because it's a better answer to Moxen and Sol Ring and the like. In an unpowered list of the same size, I'd go with the Trophy.

I kept Signets in the blue color combinations, since blue control decks are going to be more averse to taking damage. But you can't go wrong either way here.

Ya, I kept the higher fixing concentration. Especially since it's focussed more on guild fixing. I want enough for my 2-color decks to shine, but for 3-color decks to have to work hard to get the fixing.

Manlands are still great. At the moment, I'm prioritizing the fixing that enters untapped and always provides either color of mana (even on T1). The exceptions to this are Colonnade and Tar Pit, since the evasion makes them so busted. I play every manland that can attack for at least 2 as long as it either has evasion or can attack for more than it's activation cost. I play every manland that meets that description, and I cut all the ones that don't.
