Thanks for the reply, and the kind words! Sorry about the long delay, I just saw the comment now.
As far as artifacts and lands to avoid, there's not much. I mean, as long as you guys have fun with the cards and the cube is an enjoyable experience, you're doing it right. I would caution against overdoing lands that enter the battlefield tapped though, if you want aggressive decks to be playable in more than one color.
Cheers, and happy cubing!

Land is not included when determining your ACMC. But other cards, like Force of Will, might beb considered a 5 if you use their printed costs, but are actually a 0 in practice. Make sure you adjust your CMCs to what their expected costs are when calculating things. And all cards that are truly variable can get factored in as true X's, which neither help nor hurt your curve.

I have to disagree... I felt that the Brushhopper was good because of it's text, and not just because it was an efficient body. But I know what you're saying.
Brushhopper was only okay before M10, and it died forever after that.
Or 3R; Destroy target non-basic land. Put a 2/2 Ape token into play. Also good.
Sleep is decent, but only if you're already running the "better" cards of the same vein.
Archdruid needs a strong Elf presence to be cube-worthy. If you run Priest of Titania, and it's been good, you could run this instead/in addition to. Otherwise, you can skip it.
My bad, I overlooked it.
Those are all solid numbers. Blue should be a bit higher.
These are my current numbers for my "Classic Cube":
White - 3.071
Blue - 3.125
Black - 2.911
Red - 2.641
Green - 2.714
Artifact - 2.463
Gold - 3.528
OVERALL - 2.919
You count Pact of Negation as a 0 instead of a 5. Ancestral Visions as a 0 instead of a 1. You use Stifle and Whispers of the Muse that most players don't use at all. You use Copy Artifact and Twincast that most players don't use either.
Also, there's no Morphling (!?!) or Inkwell Leviathan.
That's probably why.
I didn't say you're doing something "wrong"... it's just really surprising to me considering how much higher the U ACC has been for the cube(s) I manage. Blue's power-band tends to be in the higher CMC cards, that's all.
Lets say you're in a position where you're about to take lethal. If you've got NO creatures on the table, your opponent's life total isn't likely to be low enough to kill them with one swing. So...
1. I play Reins of Power and attack you. Pass.
2. You untap, attack and win.
3.
