Vampire isn't realy a problem in my meta because people tend to play good deck instead of ''techy'' deck.Vampire prey on control deck (thx to Mind Sludge) and deck that want to do anything else except win (LUZL I PLAYED MAH WARPWORLD!!NWOW I'M HAAPY!) and unfortunatly my meta is full of Jund/Naya deck that focus on winning instead of doing flashy thing.
Dealing with Wall of Denial? Why would jund want to do that, it doesn't do anything, they just attack with more then 1 creature and burn your face.
-Block my Putrid Leech?Sure my BBE will get you anyway.
-Wanna block my Broodmate Dragon? You have to block two of them.
-I have a Garruk in play?Well I guess I dont have to overextend into your DoJ to deal massive damage to you.
-Just sit there, wait for 8 mana and start cycling Resounding Thunder at your face because you're playing a slow ass deck?
Wall of Denial is a problem for jund at all and even if it where a problem you got GSS and Nighthawk that just dont give a **** about it.
''Try turbofog, I tell you it's good, I wouldn't lie to your right?I'm playing the same deck for the next ptq you have nothing to worry about, here let's test against my kithkin!''
You dont get to run Bituminous Blast, Bloodbraid Elf, Putrid Leech, Terminate, Blightning or Maelstrom Pulse, how bant can be better then Jund?Sure bant didn't lost a lot but bant didn't have a lot to start with.
Also there is no way that Bant can keep up with Jund incredible removal and card advantage, sorry but bant is a no show here.
Jund is basicly ''good card.dec'' so to beat it just play better card in better quantity (Which is kinda hard).Start with a White shell
4xBaneslayer Angel
4xPath to Exile
Add green and red
4xBloodbraid Elf
4xLightning Bolt
XxWooly Bastard
XxKnight of the Reliquary
Then work the rest of the deck yourself.Add 4 celestial purge SB because you cant play Death Mark and hope you can outplay the Jund player....Oh and dont forget to play Bloodbraid Elf, if you want to beat Jund constantly you must play BBE (and know how to play it x_x)
You sure faced great legacy archetype!I mean how play goblin, threshold, Landstill, ANT when you have deck like Kithkin, Mono black discard and UW losing to unearth dude![/Sarcasm].
I agree that drastic inquiry should be in developing Competitive, I mean if deck like UW mill, Burning Dream and Ionamorph are there why not this deck?
With the new errata in regards to you life total, doubling your life total also means that you are gaining the difference in life.
I loled, new errata?When are you from?1993?
But more seriously, Sovereigns is a weak card, Sanguine Bond is a weak card and Celestrial Mantle is even more weak, why would it be a good idea to run 12 terrible card in a deck?Oh and I didn't point that the whole combo explode on a single removal.
This is a VERY easy combo to set up. It can even have a small toolbox, like using a 1 of Indestructibility so that you can still Day of Judgement and not have to worry about your Sovereigns dying.
There we are again, adding even more horrible card!Your combo resolve around playing overcosted card that doesn't do anything alone and at some point can even produce card dissadvantage.
If you realy want to use Sanguine Bond to kill someone (Terrible idea IMO) just play monoblack with some Blood Tribute and vampire, sure Tribute and Sanguine still suck but at least you have a decent shell of card around it.
Milling card is the most unefficient way to kill someone. You play like a burn deck but you cant aim your spell at problematic creature in need and you have to go throught 53 card instead of 20 life point.
If mill wasn't viable back in Ravnica where we had one of the most powerfull mill spell ever and where control deck where rampant what make you think that mill is a viable option now in a metagame crawling with fast and resilient aggro deck, where your best mill card mill 13 card and you cant play it when you want to.
The other difference is also one was only printed in 3 set (A,B,U) and is rare as ****.Also 3 for draw 7 and 4 for draw 7 make a major difference in combo deck (which obviously are the only deck able to play both spell)
Get rid of the reserve list
Which lead us directly to
Print a set with old staple like dual land, goyf, FoW, Daze, Brainstorm... to make eternal format more accessible to new people.
Maybe not that dramatic, maybe something like Tournament Pack in Yugioh, Pack with 3 good rare card at lower price that you can buy during event.
At each new set spoiled I heard the same dumb thing : TURBO FOG IS BACK!
Please note that baneslayer also die to 5 Lost Hope, what a terrible card...

...never again I will trust this guy...
