My first and only BTR other than this one was with memnarch.
It was for asking memnarch if he could send first, I had around 3 refs at the time, and wasn't the dictionary expert on all the MS rules enforced here. Yeah I had basically already confirmed the trade, but decided to go back on it a bit, which was my fault. I ended up sending out the card the day after the BTR was filed. After that I read through all the MS rules to try and make sure that this wouldn't happen again. My punishment for that BTR was to send first for the next 3 trades, which I did and then some. Memnarch received his cards, we exchanged positive feedback, and that was that. You can call this particular case bad trading practices, not knowing the rules, W/E. After reading this forum, it turns out that because of that BTR people were put off from trading from me, which I didn't realize. I thought it was a small thing, was resolved within a couple days, and hoped it would only be a reminder of my early trading days on this site. I guess this was not the case, and as put by topper, I was deemed an A**hole.
Anyways, now we come to this case was terminator. It basically played out for the most part how the posts went in the BTR. We were working out a deal with terminator for a couple days, then he claimed to have sent cash, I checked my paypal, nothing there. I went to bed, woke up that morning, and checked my paypal again, at which point I saw the money there. I didn't post pics, because I had assumed it was irrelevant, and thought that as long as I got cash, he got cards, both sides were happy. After posting that I got cash in the BTR thread, I shipped out the package after leaving the house that morning, about 2 hours later. I checked the forum again during the day, and irebel resorted to asking me to use DC, which I could not fulfill as I had already sent the package. So some days past, I asked terminator as to the status of if he had received or not, eager to get back to trading. When he did receive he left positive feedback and I was hoping that all this was over.
I was then told I got banned from trading for lying to mods, lying to terminator, and not cooperating. I feel I was injustly banned from trading, as those 3 points above are basically one thing, not posting pics (which I assumed were irrelevant). I have not ripped a single person on this site, did not rip another person whom I got cash from the day the BTR was filed, and am not ripping the person that I'm finishing a trade up with right now. My sales list was mostly bulk rares I was trying to get rid of, and some bulk cards. I highly doubt that these are the types of cards that a ripped would try to rip with... [/end ramble]
Now, as for the pms being "damning", ill post all the ones that I still with mods either later today when I can get on a computer, or sometime tomorrow. There is nothing there I assure you, and nothing malicious, bad, or "damning" in them. If I don't post all of the pms, mods feel free to correct me or post ones the ones I missed. If you guys think that I'm not posting them because they will make me look bad, that is not the case, I just haven't had time, as this has been all unraveling within 24 hours and when I check the forum it is usually on my phone.
All in all, that's basically a summary, but I'm sure I've missed some points that I should address, and if I did please let me know. I don't want this to be a one sided story, where the mods try and portray me as being a piece of s*** behind the scenes. The logic that I haven't posted the pms yet because they make me look bad can be applied the same to say the mods haven't posted them yet either because it would make them look bad.
Mods, can you not lock this, because questioning public opinion is not against any rules. Ok, so, I'm not going to type a whole report right now (many thanks to demilich manipulator for his support), but I am wondering what the community think of my banning from trading? In manipulator's locked topic, the mods attempted to make me off as some lier, something about behind the scenes being damning, etc. Well, there was nothing going on behind the scenes, actually, I'd be more than happy to post the pms of everybody I talked with, and the mods could confirm the actual pms I had with them.
So main question, what does the public feel, and sorry about my rambling above, I haven't proofread it and its been all typed up on my phone.
Also, mods, if I posted our pms, would you confirm that they were real, because you seem to think something foul was going on behind the scenes, and I'm not even aware of it.
If you lock this, let me know what rule I'm breaking.
