    i'm seeing a problem with his because the last part of the resolution of a creature spell is the creature coming into play. the trigger cannot be placed onto the stack until the spell is resoved completely and you receive priority again ( Magic rules 408.1f ). hence the creature would come into play before you're trigger would hit.


    I would reword it's 2nd trigger to say, Whenever a creature spell of the chosen type is played, you may pay 1. If you do, return that spell to it's owner's hand."

    Creatures with favor counters on them are Indestructible and get +2/+0.
    At the end of turn, remove all favor counters from all creatures.

    first, awesome card blue. the dredge/cascade combo works nicely and it costs 6 to boot. and you could have a 11/1 if you wanted at some point. this card could do amazing things. especially with bloodbond march.

    also, the land above i made in the set i'm making is working with untap mechanics during opponents turns. kind of like using the land during your turn, and it untapping during an opponents turn. i'm also making creatures and artifacts as well. here is a card made to combat the mechanic.

    i keep looking at this card and trying to find something bad...but i can't really. at first i thought it needed to cost 1 more, but with it being legendary prevents abuse. it stay's true to the vaishino bounce. first strike was a nice touch to keep it living. a 3/1 first strike, haste for 3 is nice. great job.

    and now...a dual land cycle i've been working on...

    i like it. cost effective. of course Raijin is one of my favorite DotA characters as well.
    the only thing that i might do is add, "Whenever a spell or activated ability is countered this way, remove a time counter from ~." you could remove the casting cost and make it to where the suspend cost must be 3 or more. that would give you more to add to the base creature.

    It's Vanishing now. it replaced Fading so that they could just use Time counters for 2 mechanics.

    It's pretty balanced. takes 5 turns to go off. only reason i see that it's legendary is to drop them back to back turn 2 and 3.

    Invoking the Mana Prime WUBRG

    Remove ~ from the game and put 10 charge counters on it.
    Whenever you play a spell, remove a charge counter from ~ and add 1 mana of any color to your mana pool. Play this ability only if ~ is removed from the game.
    When the last charge counter is removed from ~, return it to your hand.

    Overflowing Disaster - i like it. instant speed for a wipe fest. i want it to be a -3/-3, but that would probably warrant it being a sorcery. however it's plenty easy to do some extra damage. great balance and design.

    it's not bad to be honest. the only thing i would change is make it only count non-token creatures in play. maybe even limiting it to creatures in play. you would still be able to shuffle a Birds of Paradise for a Progenitus. in shards block i think it would see play. swapping your monocolored creatures for your multicolored fatties.
