However, the way you've worded it complicates things a bit.
As well, you continually mention a board, but we really don't have anything to work with.
The movement difference between Plains and other lands seems a bit high. I know that it technically would be easier to move through plains, but this seems like it would create a massive influx of white "Decks".
If you can clean up the wording to make things a little simpler, my interest will grow exponentially. This is mainly targeting the battle system, which looks incredibly confusing.
Finally, of course, this is assuming this isn't crushed by Magic RPG.
"I don't seem to have much choice, as there appear to be no others expected for a while." Cyouni answers, grimacing. "So, yes, it will have to be my choice."
Cyouni steps into the map room, seeing the missions laid out.
After browsing for a while, he picks up the Fortune's Candor mission, carefully reading it. After a short time, he steps over to one of the receptionists.
Cyouni curses. It wasn't what he had been looking for.
"Well, this looks to be our only lead. Let's go," he growled, tossing the scroll to Krush and striding into the cave.
Cyouni steps into the training grounds, drawing out his blade.
Seeing a practice dummy, Cyouni steps towards it, readying himself. He slashes the dummy with his sword and pauses. Again, and again, he slashes the practice dummy, stepping quickly around it. As he finishes, he quickly sheathes his blade.
Spent 450 points on Speed.
His blade sheathed, Cyouni leans back against the wall to rest.
After a while, Cyouni stands up and steps out of the training grounds.
As well, the Lammasu can be shortened to "If only white mana was spent to play ~, it comes into play with two +2/+2 counters and gains lifelink." Or something to that effect.
Wait...two +2/+2 counters? Huh? Why not four +1/+1's?
I could probably find more, but I don't have time right now.
Cyouni brings his bat close to the ridge until it barely hovers above the ridge.
He gracefully jumps off, landing lightly on his feet.
He strides over to the ornithopter, examining it.
Cyouni glances at Krush. "Wait until we can see if this is our target."
Turning back to the ornithopter, he ponders, "Now, let's see..."
OOC: Do I have to roll a die to determine the ornithopter's origin or can I just tell where it's from?
Cyouni glances at the ornithopter. "That could be our target." He guided his bat down to the ledge. "Let's see if we can find anything that would identify who, or where, it came from."

So, I'm assuming that video's proposal is accepted?
You know, this one:
I would like to ask that we stop letting players choose their special abilities. If they have a suggestion, they can send it to us, but I just want things like "I want to be able to breathe fire" or something. We will craft it and if they deserve it through RPing, they can have the ability. You must learn abilities from a level 10+ mage, so good luck finding one. Finally, if you RP this smartly, I will like it better. (see below) In other words, do not expect to have special abilities. Have no planned special abilities. We will give them to you when necessary.
Ex.
Good:
Dear videojuegos,
My character comes from Bant. I was wondering if there was some way I could get an exalted-like ability for when my creatures attack alone?
Bad;
Dear videojuegos,
My character comes from Grixis. Therefore, I think I should be able to Unearth all my creatures for there casting cost at a one life penalty. I should be limited to once per turn, and 5 times per match. By the way, I'm a level one mage.
Good:
NPC: "Oh, I came from that mage school where they taught use to breath ice."
Player: "Oh, wow, that is cool. Do you think you could take me there sometime. I'd love to learn how to do that"
NPC: "Sure, but first...."
(a side note: don't force it)
Bad:
Gariexix returned from his quest to the volcano, entered his house, found Azusa and asked, 'Could you teach me to summon plants"
So, yeah, dont expect special abilities, but they might come if your lucky.
He examined the ground in front of each passage to see if there was a trail.

OOC: Probably going to die...
OOC: Thanks, Ti'rin, for that. "Black mages can instead channel it into their eyes to pierce the gloom with resonance."

"Perhaps this will tell us what the ornithopter could not..."
Cyouni looked up. "Well, nothing. Pity. However, this is our only lead."
He attempted to dismiss the ornithopter for later use.
