Be still my Timmy heart - this is basically Phyrexian Dreadnought, come back to us, as a commander. Could there also be Elder Dinos for red and white? God I hope so.
This is definitely not a Dreadnought since it doesn't need to sac your dudes.
My Timmy heart likes it much more tham Metalwork Colossus.
And it's definitely not a Dreadnought since you can't stifle the cost reduction or Reanimate it for 1 life.
I'm sorry if someone asked this earlier, my searches weren't finding anything. Is there a rules reason why her text isn't "Permanents you control are indestructible."? It seems needlessly wordy to split it up like they have.
As is "What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets!" The quotes are from several Castlevania games, but SotN is my favorite, and thus the one I enjoyed seeing more.
I'm confused by the last part of the Vesuva/Blood Moon answer. If you target a non-basic land with Vesuva, won't the result be a non-basic Mountain that would stay a non-basic Mountain when Blood Moon went away? Isn't the Vesuva copying the now-a-Mountain, not copying the not-a-Mountain and becoming a Mountain because of Blood Moon?
As a language nerd I feel compelled to point out that the original definition of geek is a circus performer that bites the heads off small animals, such as chickens.
I mostly come to this site for the Cranial Insertion articles, but periodically your titles will draw my attention. The context was interesting, but it seemed that you skimped on the editing this time around, and I found it sort of off-putting.
At common this would really suck in limited (and by suck I mean not be fun to play against). I managed to grab six wrecking balls in a Ravnica draft once and could keep people completely off of one of their colors. And that was with a cc of 4. I doubt there's going to be much of a multicolor theme to the set, but it's pretty rare you can draft mono-color.
And I love this card so much. I've won so many Legacy games with 1st turn dark ritual into hypnotic specter, followed with 2nd and 3rd turn sinkhole and/or hymn to tourach. After that, you really don't have to try too hard to win.
For some further clarification related to the Ogre Geargrabber/Grafted Exoskeleton question; that also means when the Geargrabber does it's thing, if the Exoskeleton was attached, the creature that it had been attached to isn't sacrified, correct?
This makes me happy. I was relatively certain that they were bringing poison back after they added Emblems. That felt like a rules update to make poison counters an easier mechanic.
A: The difference between damage and loss of life is analogous to the difference between rain and getting wet. One can cause the other, but they are not the same.
That's a horribly uniformative non-answer. You didn't clarify which causes the other or point out that damage can be prevented but loss of life can't, which is a fairly significant difference..
I'm glad I live in the Twin Cities. I'm literally walking distance from one of the biggest gaming shops in the state (actually, probably the biggest now that Shinders is gone [still sad about that]) and can play every Tuesday and Friday if I want.
And to post something of content. I post fairly infrequently on the WotC site forums, but read a decent amount. It's begun to piss me off that pretty much every time I've logged in over the past three years I've had to jump through some new hoop to get into my account. The last time I gave up after finally managing to log in only to be dumped on some page that wasn't where I logged in from. It was too much of a hassel to try and navigate my way back to the thread I came from.

Yes.
They already could with the various "poisonous" cards in Future Sight.

Shouldn't that be "Attach this card to target creature you control"?

It annoyed me because it reminded me how I was never sent either a Mana Crypt or a Sewers of Estark off of the old book coupons I mailed in.
