There is at least one cut to make from this 102-card list. I also would like to find room for abrupt decay or assassin's trophy. Maybe even for damnation.
So there is a platinum anniversary to celebrate.
The ability to close out the game with direct damage forces designers to make the other red cards a lot weaker.
I would like to have some feedback on the decklist.
I want to keep the deck a Bolas deck; so doing Grixis things and finishing the game with Nicol Bolas.

I will go for R before my second U mana. But 2cc is so much better than 3cc.

Precognitive Perception is an upgrade to Jace's Ingenuity. Or a very bad Ancestral Recall.
Quench should see no constructed play in formats with Rune Snag, Miscalculation and Mana Leak available.
Prying Eyes also has the problem of better siblings: Pull from Tomorrow and Blue Sun's Zenith.
Shimmer of Possibility is sorcery-speed Impulse.
Sphinx of Foresight looks for real. A 4/4 flying for 4 with scry 1 every turn? Solid.
Thought Collapse the latest addition to the list of 1UU hard counters. Might have room in a deck that mills.
Overall no great additions to the archetype.
Manlands are performant too. But the ones in your colour are a little expensive (Celestial Colonnade, Creeping Tar Pit)
How do you feel about using signets (Dimir Signet, Azorius Signet) for fixing and playing more lands that come into play tapped?
Maybe also replace some sorceries with instants?
Let me answer the implicit questions first.
- I misunderstood Bounty Agent, because I thought that Alesha, Who Smiles at Death gives haste. This is not the case, so not a good combo.
- It is also kind of a budget build, but not when I already own the cards. Hence no Stoneforge, Elesh, Grave Titan. Same with Sol Ring: the copies that I have are in other decks.
- Some cards are included because they combo with Alesha. I am yet to play it, but Priest of the Blood Rite seems fine when I only pay two mana.
I added copy of Yahenni, Undying Partisan and will remove Mardu Woe-Reaper, Goblin Lore, Bounty Agent and Mardu Ascendancy.

The title speaks for itself. I have 103 cards in my decklist. Which three should I cut?
I also had it in a beast-tribal deck. But that didn't work out very well.
I started with magic around Portal. Also got me a tournament pack of fifth edition.
This was one of the rares. Never played with it. 10 mana for a 1/1 flying is a little too much.
The real challenge might be to find players.

I would like to have feedback on my deck. I'm avoiding overly expensive cards (except the ones that I already have...) and Eldrazis.
Unexpected Results seems a bit loose. Should I replace it with Solemn Simulacrum?
