It really depends on how long they were tasering him for, something you can't tell from the video. Wiki has this to say:

If the police had tasered him for over 3 seconds, he could have been unable to stand.
Personally I think this is horrific. Apparently the campus police asked a ucla student to leave the library because he didn't have his library card or something. After the "don't touch me" comment you can hear in the video, the police tasered him... repeatedly, not stopping even after he screamed in audible pain. Then they threaten another student with a tasering just for asking one of the officer's badge number.
Do you think police abuse has gotten worse, better, or remained the same in recent years?
I plan on getting a Wii. Most likely I'll wait a month or so until the initial fervor dies down and I can buy one without waiting in huge lines. Also that way first impressions will be out already, so we'll know of any potential problems.

In an interesting turn of events, my role is Walking With a Ghost(track 1 off of the Walking With a Ghost album, even). The same role that Nymphe claimed. This is concrete evidence that Nymphe is lying, and should be lynched immediately.
