    Hum...

Guess this is the Blocks 'Akromas Vengence and Solar Tide' . Follows the remove from game theme like samari of the Pale Curtain. Can't say im all that surprized, but I must say this is not what WW needs. Much too costly; if this does see play it would only be in Mono or W/x control...

  • posted a message on Trinisphere- deserves restriction, or overrated?
Quite honestly Trinisphere is quite broken, but I would much rather see Workshop go the way of the dodo.

Yes, I know Workshop would just be replaced with lands such as Ancient Tomb and City of Traitors, I just hate the fact that it cost sooo much...
(Actually IMHO, I like the control version of the deck with tombs much better because it allows you to actually cast things later like thirst for knowlage and the like. But for the agro version [the man show, 5/3] WorkShop is just amazing)

What makes Trini so amazing is that is functions like a 3 turn time walk(almost). This allows decks designed to function under trini to have 3 turns to dig for more locks, like Crucible and strip/waste, and/or smokestack and tangle wire. OR in the agro versions of the decks that use Trini, it allows for 3 unimpeded turns of beatings with Juggy or the like.

In the end, all these componets just put more pressure on the glue that holds type 1 together... Force of Will...

    Hi Y'all

After watching the steady decline of quality at MTGNews, I am happy to have found this place.

It was once a wonderful place espically back when i joined at the beginning of the Onslaught Spoiler, and I hope this site can live up to what MTGNews once was...
