Dragons are strongly aligned with red in Magic, but the Dragonborn is not forcibly aligned with any Magic color in Skyrim. The other Shouts have to be color-aligned since they tap deeply into the color abilities, but dragons exist in every color in Magic, so it made sense for Dragoncall to be not color aligned. I wasn't sure whether to make it cost 4 or 6, it should probably cost 4.
Dragonrend has several breaks from its Skyrim equivalent to make it more palatable as a Magic card. Skyrim's Dragonrend doesn't affect non-Dragons, and I'm not sure if it deals damage or if its sole effect is forcing a Dragon to the ground so you can melee it. The only reason it's red is the damage aspect.
