There's a bit to figure out about exactly what parts of the rules are baked into the battle type and the Siege subtype, But i think you're going to run into space issues trying to fit these on cards, especially the first one.
I like the flavor of the second one, though it could probably be structured a little more tightly.
Obviously we don't have a feel for powerlevel since we don't know how easy battles are to win, but Siege of Hanweir seems too hard to attack for too little payoff.
War is undercosted for its etb effect, and theres a typo in the reminder text for amass.
I like the core ideas, I just thing they need to be recosted.
Yeah, until I say you arguing about making up rules for tokens being cards, I had no idea what you were trying to do, because (a) a token in exile ceases to exist, (b) if it didn't, you'd be able to tell it was token when you were choosing, and (c) a clue cannot be cast because, sine its a token, it would cease to exist before it could resolve if you put it on the stack.
But you want to play magic hats with a card on the table and two clues, that's easy enough.

Exile target noncreature spell and two basic land cards its controller owns from outside the game face-down. Its controller turn one of those cards face up. If that card shares a name with a spell cast this turn, that player may cast it without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, that player investigates.
It could say "create a clue token" instead, but investigate has some mechanical synergies with other effects, so there is some advantage to using it, but that can be up to you aesthetics.
You would take the action while you cast the spell so you can declare the target.
Your card does not say that. If you want the effect to happen while you are declaring the target (i.e., during casting of a spell) you have to specify that it is an additional cost to cast the spell or activate the ability. Propaganda effects are a specific template that the rules have built in to handle them while attacking, which are different than how the rules handle added costs to spells or abilities.
Right, but that's just confessing that it worked as originally written the whole time, while being suggested that it didn't.
No it isn’t. Declaring attackers is an action at a defined point in the turn, and so it is able to have a cost attached.
A spell getting countered is part of the resolution of other effects and you cannot take actions while effects are resolving unless that ability or another replacement effect defines how to do so.
Setting aside that extra turn effects are already problematic and this particular card makes Deaths Shadow decks immediately hugely more powerful, please repeat after me:

(And no, Seedtime - from 25 years ago and that does nothing against a majority of decks - is not precedent for extra turns in green)
The “drawback” is marginal, especially when talking about extra turn cards that are cheap enough to be cast with another significant spell in one turn. Alrund’s Epiphany broke standard for 5 mana by creating 2 birds, and yours can be cast along with a 2 drop or removal in the same turn.
I like Quintorius, but you could probably drop the 0 ability for simplicity - and also a newly sparked walker having 4 abilities seems a bit much.
Thalia's +2 can be better written as "Until your next turn, the next noncreature spell each opponent casts costs 2 more to cast" so that they will get his if they try cast instants before or after their turn.
Infectious Nature probably wants to be worded this way to maintain that it's not a triggered ability and outside the lines of Trickbind-styled cards. I also feel like this wording is better because it provides more lead for coherence in can/can't scenarios.
Unfortunately, the card wanting to be worded like that doesn't make it work in the rules. There are several ways this ability could be worded, as a tiggered ability, an additional cost, or a replacement effect, but the way you worded this doesn't work because it doesn't define when the controller of the spell can pay the "cost" of getting a poison counter.
Replacement effect
If CARDNAME would be countered by a spell or ability an opponent controls, that player may gain a poison counter. If they do not, CARDNAME is not countered.
Triggered Ability
When CARDNAME is countered by a spell or ability an opponent controls, that player gains a poison counter.
Additional Cost
As an additional cost to cast a spell or activate an ability that targets CARDNAME while it is on the stack, that spell or ability's controller gains a poison counter.
Also, with the way you have templated the power/toughness ability, the card should be a 0/0 rather than a */*.

However, getting 5 land types is super easy, so this would need to cost more or the card itself be like a 1/2.
