Even at instant speed, your ability will still go off. The elixir is destroyed, but the ability was generated and put on the stack, so when it goes off it doesnt fizzle. The elixir does all that it can do, which is to gain you 5 life, and reshuffle in your yard and elixir (which isnt there, but it is in the graveyard). Essintially your opponents are playing like idiots

I was hoping someone would call him out on that =D Most useless play by his opponents, ever as they lose a card and gain absolutely nothing. Maybe if it was exiled somehow? But still getting your GY and life so.... worth it.

As near as I can tell, only 1 instance of library is open, and no instances of revealed. Unless someone else can find an alternate wording, it can't quite be an Oracle of Mul Daya effect.
