Feb 3, 2014Techn0range posted a message on Launch Giveaway!I think one of my favorite cards is Cloudgoat Ranger. I've done extremely well with it in the past, both limited and constructed play. I have also made it a rule to first pick it in any cube draft, even over P9 cards.Posted in: Announcements

The difference in my Planeswalker Points is that the Country filter is half of that of my Worldwide filter. Both list my spot out of 20000 total players, thus I cannot tell which filter should be used.
Maybe it's staring me in the face, but I don't see it....anywhere. Can someone please help me?
The Information says:
Top 300 Players:3
Top 2000 Players:2
Top 15000 Players:1
Which filters are appropriate to find out if I'm in Top ____ needed for byes at GPs?
Basically, I understand about the Seasons (4 months) filter now, but is it by Worldwide or Country?
Thanx for your time and help....
For me, on the Planeswalker Points webpage, I see Lifetime points and Competitive points (which has competitive points and fnm points).
Then, after entering my password, I get the Leader Board with Lifetime, Competitive, FNM, and Professional tabs. Clicking the Competitive tab, I get a different set of numbers.
This is where I'm confused, because under the Your Points page, the Competitive points for me are very low, but under the Leader Board->Competitive tab, the points are very close to my Lifetime points (very high).
So which one should I be looking at?

I actually feel the opposite about that statement. For me, the U adds more consistency and CA as well as the ability to copy creatures (and artifacts if wanted). Although titans are obv great to copy, there are other creatures that can do just as much. Heck I've copied BoP just to ramp into turn 3 titan. I've also copied my opponents consecrated sphinx, at which I've refilled my hand then stop drawing.
I enjoyed playing GW Pod when it first came out. I tried a few other variations as well. Then I tried the Bant version, but the build I had seemed slow to me. I've moved on to RUG and thus far it's my favorite.
I think to edit the poll, you have to edit your first post, but not too sure on what to do.
Again, here's my current build:

I don't have any vengevine, but if I did, I'd play one MD and maybe one SB.
RUG vs Valakaut - I feel you want to race the slow hands and disrupt with land destruction whenever possible. Turn 2 Beast Within their only green source is soooooo good lulz. Then chump with Sea Gate Oracle while I dig for more CA. I have slimed + copy slime after primeval titan, then rinse and repeat making them sad face panda. I feel the odds are in their favor, but it's not unwinnable.
I'm beginning to like ponder>preordain more and more. While it seems they can dig for the same amount, with ponder you get to see that 3rd card. The option to shuffle is unique and even using fetchlands to shuffle after drawing is another option. What are your opinions on this matter?
I even got a ::groan:: "you're playing red...I hate you" lulz.
I think my fav play was killing someone @ 1 life with basically my birds and Hero vs his Avenger and plant tokens. "Any of your guys fly?...no...GG" =P
Here's what I ran:
1 Verdant Catacombs
3 Scalding Tarns
4 Misty Rainforest

Seems pretty similar to other builds I've been looking at, but most have preordain over your o-rings. Sometimes you just want removal so I can dig that. I think you should keep the hippogriff. There are 8 targets to bring back, gain you life and it flies. If you want another Archon, just play yours and copy it with your other dudes.
What do you guys think about trying Noxious Revival? There are times when you lose something and I would just like a way to get it back.
LoL I forgot how to post pic. I didn't want to link to site because I think that's against rules or whatev...
No sir, sic is watching a regular (mostly collector) buy packs pull nothing, then his wife buys ONE pack and pulls Foil Sword FaF and Tezz in same pack...
the shop owner put pics on his facebook, so pics and it did happen ;p
