This apparently was not a good time to quit magic. The concept of returning to Dominaria and the possible revival of old mechanics sounds quite interesting. At least the storyline should provide some solid flavor overall...

Teferi was asked to fade out the academy so it would survive I do believe
That would incorrect. When Teferi went to phase out parts of Shiv and Zhalfir, Urza basically condemned the act, as it took a good majority of the mana rig with it. As such, Urza's center of operations at the academy (which in the end didn't seem to be even a thought on his mind, as he let it fall under heavy attack), was not apart of this spell at all. To be perfectly honest, the island of Tolaria, academy and all, was leveled in the Obliterate spell dropped on it by Barrin.

Jeska is likely alive? i thought she was turned to Phage by Cabal Patriach? therefore she died and fused with Akroma and formed Karona.
Yeah, she's still alive and kicking in planeswalker form. She reached said state at the very end of Scourge and started exploring the multiverse with Karn.
"So let me get this straight: because we knew too much, which in reality wasn't much at all, about a dead parliament member, you, the Gaderung government, want us to off the rest of them?"
The biggest issue with proposed oil development in the ANWR is that it's impact is going to be few and far between. Considering most of the proposals that have run through the Senate over the years outline using about 8% of the park (which runs close to the already established sites at Prudhoe Bay and the Northern Slopes), it's hard to say that kind of area is going to produce much. The maximum barrel estimates I've seen aren't exactly great by any means (At best, the site could supply between a year and 2 years worth of useable oil) and really doesn't stand as a long term solution.
As for the voucher I'm not too keen on it either. Sure, I'm not complaining about an extra $100, but it's not helping the problem. All it's doing is distracting from the actual situation at hand...
Blinking Light: Although this is similiar to Broken Fall, this could probably stand to cost WW. Good design overall though.

Oh good, things should get interesting soon. Welcome back.
"Alright, so this guy has a gambling issue, your buddy has a bleeding problem, and you seem overprotective of your pens. Awesome."
"I do have one question...why would you hunt down my crew before I even arrived here? Considering most of them were on the outskirts of the Gaderung's ring of...civilization, why were you hunting them down? I didn't even know this senator prior to yesterday and it would have taken far longer for you all to find them. There's more to this than you all are letting on as always."
"Oh, maybe you aren't Macmillian. Well don't worry too much. Your friend isn't dead, he just has a severe shoulder injury that is going to need attention. The only thing he has to really worry about at the most is getting an infection from the wound."
Chris smiles.
"I've really got no urge to fight any of you. Granted, I don't think that little ruse is going to work as well again, but I can at least tell you didn't believe me the first time around when I said I had a gun. Care to believe me when I say that my old crew is on standby to bust me out of here or am I just bluffing? Who knows. I, personally, would rather talk. Seems more civil."
"Alright, so what's involved with this job of yours..."
Guess: The Penguin (Batman Returns)

"I know, I know. You may want to work on that sarcasm of yours though. It's a bit dry."
*pause*
"Anyways, since you're so convinced we're dead men anyways, care to clue us in on what exactly is going on?"

"I'm shocked. That wasn't necessary..."
He pauses again and a bit of a sad expression crosses his face.
"Did you really have to kill the ones that owed me money? Oh well."
"So you went and hunted them down? Surprising, since it was a bluff and they weren't coming in the first place."
He pauses.
"It's clear that you plan on lying through your teeth the entire time, so talk is going to get us nowhere. A shame really."
Chris smiles.

"It's time to part now is it? I guess my watch was slow..."
Chris pulls his six-shooter and fires, hitting the second guard as he steps into the room. He doesn't shoot at the first guard however.
"You know Macmillian, you're a little short to be a Gaderung soldier. I assume that the rest of the crew made it here as well?"
"There are always choices. They just aren't apparent yet."
