    Hm... the flavor is really cool as you set it. However, you REALLY need to tone it down from normal PW power levels (which you may have) because having 2 of these can be a pretty overwhelming advantage in tempo and cards. I would not give it an ability (especially a + ability) that can get you card advantage efficiently, especially after just one activation. Killing lots of dudes is really good...

    Also, the additional costs would probably have to be in the abilities before an "if you do" clause.

    Why would it not be mono-red? Reverse looting is red in flavor and gives another toy to work with, rather than just being damage and haste, so I'm making it red in any sets I make. LD is red, and damage-based sweeping is definitely red. So why not?

    It is a multicolored set, so I could add a color, but I feel like mono-color walkers are easier to balance. Also, he's not blue at all other than the looting, which, as I explained, is red in this context.

    This is a planeswalker I'm thinking of for my set - The first ability is one I'm trying to move into red for the set.

    Planeswalker - Azua
    +1: Discard a card, then draw a card.
    -1: Each player sacrifices a land.
    -X: ~ deals X damage to each creature. Whenever a creature dies this turn, you may put a loyalty counter on ~.

    I should probably give her another title, because worldslayer is already a thing. But what do you think? Balanced? Not balanced?

    Retrace is a benefit and should be costed as such. Flame jab was not shock + retrace... it would be too good. Lands don't do much later in the game, so making them do something is powerful. I would cost the rampant growth at +1 or G at least.

    I am making a set based on colors, and the flavor is basically a giant war... there are a bunch of legends as generals (all of which are humans, I think) which are going to be the base of flavor, and I need some names for these guys. Some already have tentative names already.

    Is there somewhere else I should have put this? I thought this was good because of the cards, but I can see it being elsewhere.

    I'm pretty sure that "Thunderhead Obliterator can block any number of creatures" should be on a new line.
    Even without that, the text is really small. There is way too much text on this card.

    I have to ask: how was victim of night for anyone who ran it? I feel like it'd be underwhelming, but I saw a few people use it profitably.

    Also: I was impressed with curse of the nightly hunt. I opened two, ad the one I ran always set me up with profitable blocks and alpha strikes. Anybody else impressed with a particular card?

    There is vexing shusher. You could up the cost to give it flash. That'd probably make it green. As it is, it needs haste to activate the ability at all.

    We had a guy open a garruk, foil olivia, and another mythic in the same pack. It was cool.

    I went UG self mill for a while... I had double mulch and I was excited. But it didn't work as well as "don't play a spell for a turn, get a 3/1 first striker, go to town."

    This is an interesting concept I just came up with... mostly useless outside of making MUD's combo matchup even better in vintage, but also would hose free mechanics.

    Monosphere 1
    Artifact
    Each spell that would cost less than one mana to cast costs one mana to cast.

    If a spell would cost less than 1 mana to cast cost an additional 1 to cast instead.

    Came in 8th of thirty-some today. The only color I couldn't play was the one I opened an army of the damned in.
    But I did end up with a liliana of the veil in my prize packs. I might end up going back to a mba deck in legacy...

    Return target spell to its owner's hand. At the beginning of your next main phase, add X to your mana pool, where X is that spell's converted mana cost.

    Obviously still a powerhouse in vintage.
